Experience the Kayaks, Paddle Boat, Row Boat, Dock for Fishing(during Season license required) or Sitting with a glass of wine while watching the Geese and Bald Eagles, as well as a Firepit area for evening Smores . It offers a peaceful and private retreat among towering trees overlooking Capitol Lake and the southern tip of the Salish Sea.

Relax and enjoy the beautiful spring and summer changes from your own private deck off the apartment. Enjoy the beautiful view. We upgraded our WiFi to a mesh system works great. The apt is approximately 750 sq ft sep bedroom, living room and mini kitchen above the garage with private entrance. There is a mud room to remove your shoes and coats before going up stairs. Enjoy the view of Eld Inlet in a peaceful, woodsy area. We recently put a Keurig coffee maker.
