It has a deck, barbecue area, and children's playground. The house is super quiet, has a fence, the location is safe, quiet and friendly neighbors, with a spectacular view of the sea. Located on Redonda Beach, 10 km from Icapuí, 2 hours from Fortaleza and 1 hour from Mossoró. The House faces the sea, a 3-minute walk or drive down the street.

There is a fully equipped common use pantry/kitchen. It is less than 100 meters from the beach. Access to the room requires climbing stairs. Peroba Beach, in Icapui/Ce, is a very original lobster fishing village. Ideal to relax and enjoy nature. Passionate, heavenly. Accessed via stairs. Best view.

Approximately 200 km from Fortaleza and 60 km from Mossoró. The house is 80m2 and was renovated in February 2022. The house has a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. Full kitchen, a small living room, 2 bathrooms, balcony and an outdoor space for barbecue.
