The house has a bedroom with a queen size bed, an integrated kitchen and living room, an extra living room with a sofa, a mezzanine with a TV and a single bed, a bathroom and a large balcony overlooking the magical sunset of northeastern Brazil. My flat, inside the Ubaia Residence, is new, located 800 meters from downtown Pipa. It has a private penthouse with an external staircase, with a Jacuzzi, shower and sink, with a full kitchen with a sun lounger, and an elevator for the disabled that goes up to the apartment. The flat is composed of a balcony with a full kitchen with everything (fryair and blender), a living room with a sofa bed and cable TV with internet, and another room with a double bed.
