The kids and I enjoyed ourselves. the weather was chilly so that was a bummer when it came to enjoying the outdoor pool but the indoor pool was freezing!!! But the property and the staff was amazing and attentive. I loved the stay and will be back!

Madison is an INCREDIBLE host, and the place was amazing for our mock trial tournament weekend. It was clean and comfortable -- and had everything we needed. Incredible host and top notch place to stay. Could not recommend it enough.

Wonderful offerings at the facility. Spacious, clean and good kitchen. Lots of open space to walk, playground for little ones, great pools and shopping galore just down the road.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Gayle was an excellent host! She was great with communication and answered me almost immediately when I asked questions. The place was immaculate. And the bed and pillows were one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

We had a great stay at the colonies. It was a very convenient location close to lots of things to do. The pool area was super fun for all ages! The condo itself was set up nice and worked well for our group of 9

This place is a gem! Private home based that's only a few minutes' drive from downtown Richmond; not to mention a delicious, dog friendly cafe a walk down the road! We had a lovely stay and will be back again. Byron keeps this sweet spot in great shape for it being dog friendly. There is a laundry mat downstairs so you may hear occasional chatter and people getting in and out of their cars, but nothing bothersome.

Rachel's place was spacious, clean and very welcoming. The location worked well for me, as I was in town for a conference and many of the activities were downtown. Parking was just a block over and I felt pretty safe navigating the area as a single woman. Only downside...the noise! If you can withstand "city sounds": trucks, people laughing and talking, loud music (there is a club across the street), then you should be fine. But if not, just be prepared for it. Otherwise, everything was great. I highly recommend staying here!

We have a great stay, it was super close to Bush Gardens making it easy to come back in the middle of the day to relax and take the dogs out. It is on the upper floor but the stairs are not difficult at all. It was a very pet friendly neighborhood.

We visit Williamsburg often and have stayed in many different vacation properties. Gayle’s is one of the best so far! It was warm and welcoming, family friendly, she even left a cookie decorating kit for us! The kitchen had lots of extras, coffees, teas, hot chocolates, condiments, even a few snacks. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the showers had great water pressure. Sliding glass doors in two of the bedrooms and living room opened onto small decks with a view onto the tennis courts. The property was fun to explore and the kids had a blast on the playground and down at the small beach (a ten minute walk). I got a massage at the resort and highly recommend if you have time for some pampering during your stay. We had an issue with the dishwasher (it is a smarter/fancier appliance than I was used to) and Gayle was immediately responsive talking me through it & offered on site help if needed. Checkout was simple & easy, no long list of tasks. We just felt relaxed and welcome!

Our stay at Tara’s was great. She was very responsive to my questions. The location was great and within 30 minutes of everything we planned to do. The amenities were within easy access. We used the indoor pool, the putt putt course, the playground, as well as the grills. Everyone had such a good time. Thanks Tara for everything! We would definitely love to stay there again when in that area.

Reagan, thank you for hosting us. Your place was the perfect sanctuary to come home to after a full day of exploring the city of Richmond + the use of the building's gym. Walkable to almost everything we want to see...The State capital, the many parks, the different neighborhoods (so many hidden gems), museums, the city's history and its fabulous restaurants. Restaurant recommendation to other guests: ZZQ (MUST get there early to avoid the out-the-door-down-the-street line) and right next door BrickFire Wood Oven. We look forward to staying with you next time we are in town. Cheers!

Great place in a great location. We loved having our own space with two bedrooms and a full kitchen only a short drive from Colonial Williamsburg.

The resort is absolutely beautiful, the amenities are great, the on site restaurant worked out great one night of our stay. Christian was awesome and when I requested to arrive a full day early due to impending snow, she was able to quickly update my reservation. Just be aware upon check in a hilton representative will attempt to get you to attend a seminar about their vacation club in exchange for a gift card. It is not required. I've already looked at other listing's of Christians for future planning.

The condo is well appointed with everything I needed. Kingsmill is a special place. Rodica was very quick to reply when I had a few different questions. Very comfortable bed and reading chairs. Top notch.
