My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

The separate guest house with lake view is ideal for trips to Berlin and exploring the lovely area. The beach is 150 meters away, the S-Bahn 1.5 km. The Berlin-Copenhagen cycle route runs nearby. Es ist nicht groß, aber hat allen Komfort ohne fancy zu sein. Das Häuschen ist charmant und alt, kein designer-tinyhouse. Berlins Zentrum und Potsdam sind schnell erreicht. Eigener Zugang, Balkon mit Wasserblick, Terrasse und Garten rum herum. Wohnzimmer mit Küche, Badewanne, Schlafzimmer und extra Schlafplatz gegen Aufpreis auf der Bettcouch. Wir wohnen nebenan, also nie ein Zugang- oder Schlüsselproblem. Wir sind am Mauerweg. Auch Haustiere sind willkommen.
