This is a 2 Bed/2 Bath condo. The large balcony provides seating and tables to enjoy the beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. We are located in tower 3 and you will have a view of the ocean and beach. The balcony faces north west, so you will not miss a sunset. You will also have some shade during the morning and early afternoons for the times you don't want the sun exposure. Provided are all basic kitchen appliances, dishes, towels and linens. You’ll love our condo because of its location - the 19th (top) floor of South Seas Northwest Tower 4, with penthouse views of Crescent Beach and the gulf waters. Our condo is a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit with a queen sleeper sofa, accommodating up to 6 people comfortably. We have a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Our balcony is large with comfortable seating and great views.

10 minute walk or a few minutes bike ride to the beach. Beautifully landscaped with herb garden and scented flowers. Backyard yard is fenced and dogs are OK. Huge pool and hot tub with water polo net, super swim. Pool cover is currently not working, but all doors have alarms, which you can turn off. TV is massive, high contrast with surround sound. Also gourmet kitchen with induction stove, Breville oven, stand mixer.
