My workshop is on the ground floor with a completely separate entrance. Ideal for 1 or 2 quiet people looking for rest near the river and gastronomy, 30 min from CABA and Tigre. Not suitable for events/productions.

My house is located on the Abra Vieja stream, just half an hour's sail from the Tigre river station. It is a typical island house with its own dock, park and grill to enjoy the outdoors. It is a very quiet place with walking trails, there are nearby warehouses and the possibility of using a canoe to tour the surroundings. In the summer season, the Australian tank is available to be used as a pool, it is exclusive to the house.
