It has a kitchen, a refrigerator with freezer, Wi-Fi, electric heaters and ceiling fans in both rooms, air conditioning, a large park, a small dock and two kayaks (with cost) There are three collective boats per day that take you in 45 minutes from the Tigre river station.

There’s a fully equipped kitchen, a kayak for exploring the creek, Starlink Wi-Fi for work or movie marathons, a barbecue area, and outdoor spaces with hammocks and lounge chairs. Bed linen, towels, drinking water, and cleaning and personal care products are included. Plus, a wood-burning stove keeps things cozy in winter.
