beautiful stay, we stayed for a week a group of friends of 12 people; the place we stayed perfect and very close to everything!

The hosts were extremely friendly and attentive, and were very helpful and flexible from our first conversation. The place is quite peaceful, the house is very good and spacious, but needs some minor repairs. It has a good kitchen, but we missed many utensils. The house has a beautiful pool, however, as it is one of the biggest attractions of the house, in our opinion it would deserve to have some support equipment, such as chairs, umbrellas, etc. but in general our stay at the house was very good

I loved it!!! I loved my stay at the house. With security every time I go to Itapema I want to be in that wonderful and beautiful house. A very comfortable space with a lot of privacy. The neighbors are very attentive and friendly.

An amazing weekend in this wonderful home. The house has a very good space in the bedrooms, in the living room and especially in the gourmet space connected to the pool. Bathrooms with great showers, good towels, all necessary utensils in the kitchen, everything great. Not to mention that Dirceu is super attentive and promptly helped us when we needed it. I recommend it to everyone.

Excellent Estadia! The apartment has a strategic location a few steps from the beach, the market and the commerce, making everyday life easier. The place is stylish, with a careful decoration that creates a clear and welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen, very well-equipped, as well as the other rooms, made us feel at home from the first moment. The host stood out for the attention and speed of responses, making all the difference in the experience. It was so pleasant that we were wondering if we couldn't have extended the stay. I highly recommend it!

Wonderful Apartment! Well located, a few blocks from the beach, close to markets and restaurants. The atmosphere is beautiful, well decorated, with all the new utensils, and super complete! Township good and clean bedding, great showers, induction stove, washer and dryer, Smart TV, all new and working. Come back for sure!

I recommend! quiet, clean, smelling and organized place. In the kitchen has all the necessary items, nothing was missing! We feel at home! I think that just lacked the air-conditioning, but this is a small detail, as it has fans... Attentive and very helpful Olga!

The hostess is wonderful, a great person to talk to, I felt at home, the apartment is very detailed, super beautiful and what I liked most was the blue decoration he brings, she thought of every detail in this space. The location is also very good, Avenida Brasil is a centralized avenue here and has many things to enjoy, and from here to the beach is not even 5 minutes walking, so it really is very good this location. If you walk you will see places of easy access and great to delight in the cuisine of this place, it was wonderful, I liked it too much and I will vote soon!!!

Anne’s apartment is fantastic. It’s super spacious, has wonderful panoramic views from the terraces as well as the front bedrooms. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone considering. Anne is extremely friendly and is always very responsive. She’s a perfect host and very kind. We’d love to return next year for sure, hopefully for even longer!
