The apartment has its own parking space with a heating post. In addition, parking on the street on weekdays with a parking disc for 2 hours from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm and free at other times.

A bright and tidy two-room apartment with a sauna on the shore of Lake Jyväsjärvi. The house, completed in 2019, is in the Rantaraita housing fair area. The spacious glazed balcony opens up to an unobstructed lake view towards the city center. Swimming beach. Private parking space next to the downstairs door. The area has beautiful and diverse hiking trails and a disc golf course.
