A lovely, quiet house with a wonderful little garden!

My lovely house is in a quiet neighbourhood. Close to the city centre, the Efteling, Loon and Drunen dunes and the Beekse Bergen! Centraal Station is easy to reach, and you can also get there on foot within 15 minutes. Around the corner, you will find a bakery, a chip shop and an ice cream parlour. Thuisbezorgd and Uber work well, and there are supermarkets nearby. Paid parking in front of the door (€1 per hour from 9 am to 10 pm) or €10 per day at my place. Nice room in the middle of Tilburg close to nature

As our house is in the geographical middle of Tilburg you are close to all facilities like the musea. It takes a little more than half an hour to walk to the citycentre. Some museums and restaurants are closer by. You can also rent a bike. Or take the city bus that stops around the corner. The train station is to reach in 15 min by foot. Our house is on the edge of a city forest park, just step out of the house and you are in the middle of the green, whilst you stay in the vivid city of Tilburg.

Room 2 Rest your body in a spacious room.

Mijn ruimte is vlakbij Station Universiteit (10 min lopen). De universiteit zelf (15 minuten), bushaltes (5 minuten), supermarkt (5 minuten ), fast food (5 minuten). Er is een mogelijkheid om wat kleren uit te hangen. Schone handdoeken en shampoo aanwezig. Wel zelf je tandenborstel meenemen! Goed om te weten: het is geen steriele (hotel)kamer die dagelijks professioneel wordt schoongemaakt. Ik doe mijn best om het te evenaren. Besef je in een gezond huis komt waar in wordt geleefd.

The property has a spacious roof terrace of 30m2 with shaded area and seating. Use of Wifi available free of charge. All attractions, restaurants and bars in the centre as well as the central station are within 10 min walking distance.

Mooie ruime zolder met tweepersoonsbed (1,40m), bureau, planten, licht en uitzicht. Centraal gelegen, net buiten het centrum en gratis parkeren. Koffie, thee, wifi en tips inbegrepen. Eventueel mogelijk om een fiets te lenen (vooraf reserveren, bij het boeken). Er is geen onbijt bij inbegrepen.
