Our 33m² newly-renovated place has air conditioning and is a short walk from charming, historic downtown Dijon. In a separate small building behind our house, you’ll have your own living room/kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom. There's free public on-street parking in front of the house. You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. Spacious, bright, quiet and serene studio of 30 m2 + covered patio of 9 m2. Near the A39 highway, exit No. 5/Soiran then Tréclun 3 km away. Studio in the countryside on a 1600 m² fenced property (walls), digicode access, private parking, green and flowery spaces. From the studio, direct access from the ground floor to a private patio of 9 m² to have meals, or simply relax, read and unwind. It is located 22 km from the center of Dijon, capital of the Dukes of Burgundy and city of art and history, but also from the Wine Route and the city of Beaune. Let's not forget Bèze, 5 minutes away, with its underground cave which is one of the most beautiful villages in France.

This air-conditioned loft is unique, it is located in the heart of the historic center while being quiet at the bottom of a courtyard close to the Hospices. It has an incredible view of Place Carnot and even the Hospices bell tower. We have completely renovated and decorated it with quality noble materials. La ch'tite baraque

Small renovated house, located next to our main accommodation. Guests can park their vehicle in the yard, which is closed by an automated gate. The house has a living room with basic kitchenette, sofa bed for 2 people, TV, Wi-Fi, bathroom with shower, and upstairs a landing/office and a large bedroom for 2 people with 160 cm bed. Linens and towels provided. Next to the accommodation, there is a locked barn to park bicycles, motorcycles, etc.

Welcome to our 120 m² CHARMING COTTAGE with panoramic views of the Hautes Côtes de Nuits vineyards and a 2000 m² garden. It dates from the 19th century and was completely renovated in 2015. Outbuildings will allow you to store your bikes safely and securely. This cottage has been awarded the "Vignobles & Découvertes" label. It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.
