Particular attention was paid to high-quality architecture: The treehouse is sustainable and built with high-quality materials and offers a feel-good atmosphere in the middle of nature. It has already been awarded the Geramb Rose 2024, a Styrian architecture prize as well as a wooden construction award. It is quietly located away from the courtyard.

Du bist mitten in Leibnitz und kannst alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Egal ob Shoppen, Lebensmittel, Bahnhof und Co. ... die süße kleine Wohnung ist mein Herzstück in das ich viel Liebe gesteckt habe... du kannst dich auf einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt freuen. About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.

For wine lovers, the "southern styrian wine street" is only a travel of 20 minutes away. There are also great cycling and hiking paths around. Enjoy and relax in our accommodation.
