My partner and I booked Katrina’s place for an anniversary getaway. The space was exactly as pictured and everything we could have asked for. The big windows to the front of the house made it feel so spacious and let in so much light, we only wish we had them in our own home. The kitchen had everything we could’ve asked for— from a blender, to a juicer, coffee maker and even an air fryer! The hot tub was so much larger than we expected. The Airbnb itself was situated on a cute little backroad, private from Barrie. It felt as if we were in our own little town away from everything. A quick walk to the beach that looked so peaceful, we only wish it wasn’t snowing and windy like crazy so we could’ve enjoyed it fully as well as the fire pit outside. We made due with the indoor wood burning fireplace 😉 Katrina had immaculate response time and was very pleasant to communicate with. We will definitely be coming back, it was such a nice retreat for us to celebrate our love 🫶🏻

Bryan and Pam have been amazing hosts. Our booking was close to being cancelled due to the aftermath of the storm that hit Muskoka and southern Ontario and took power out for most of cottage country. Bryan kept us updated on the power repairs and we were ecstatic that we didn’t have to cancel. We were also so pleasantly surprised to find the place in such great condition despite the havoc from the storm - it was completely cleaned and cleared before we arrived. The cottage itself is on Lake Muskoka and is a fantastic space - directly facing the lake with great views from indoors and outdoors. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was ample room for the family and our dogs. Loved it and would visit again!

DJ's place is a beautiful location and as described. DJ was also accommodating to allow an extra dog. Our weekend away was very enjoyable. I thought there could have been better communication between us and the host/co hosts. There were times where my messages were read immediately but responded to over 24 hours later, or ignored entirely. There were no issues with the place itself. I would return again.

It's a best place and peaceful. Spent our days calmly and the view behind the cottage is awesome.

The views were breathtaking—each window felt like looking at a postcard, with stunning vistas of the lake and surrounding nature. Laura's hospitality truly stood out; she went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a memorable stay. The location is unbeatable. Being just a short drive to Algonquin Park allowed us to enjoy some fantastic hikes with our dog and we loved returning to the peaceful setting of the cottage afterward. This cottage is a gem, and we can't wait to return. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a serene getaway or a cozy work-from-home option.

We spent a beautiful weekend at Marjorie and Rod’s airbnb. 3 days/2 nights. We wished we could stay longer. There propriety’s is just stunning and so peaceful! The perfect place to recharge your batteries. We went canyoning, kayaking, hiking, visiting the area. Marjorie and Rob are the most friendly and welcoming people I have ever met. We are already thinking about coming at their place again. Thank you again Marjorie and Rob for your kindness and for letting us the chance to visit your beautiful place.

We are a family of four with two young kids, and the stay in Azar’s peaceful waters cottage was great. The cottage is beautiful, decorated in very good taste, perfectly equipped and feels very homey. It is very clear that many details have been thought of to make it extremely friendly for guests, particularly for families (for example, there were spare change of sheets in the children’s bedrooms). We stayed there during a snowstorm weekend, so there we didn’t do a lot of travel around the area, but just staying in and hanging around the cottage was beautiful and very enjoyable. The location is very private and quiet. It is a perfect place for families. We would definitely come back to Azar’s cottage to visit the area at other seasons as well.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic condo in Friday Harbour, and we can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a stunning view that took our breath away. The condo itself was a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. It was impeccably clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could wish for. One of the highlights of our stay was the private balcony, where we spent many mornings sipping coffee and evenings watching the sunset over the harbor. The location of the condo is unbeatable. Just a short walk to charming local shops, restaurants, and the marina, it offered the perfect mix of relaxation and convenience. Overall, our stay at this condo in Friday Harbour was exceptional. It’s clear that the owners have put a lot of thought and care into creating a perfect retreat. If you’re looking for a memorable getaway, this place should be at the top of your list!

Very easy to check in as per the instructions that were given to us. Lots of restaurants and activities to do within the resort. Would love to come back to see what the resort is like during different seasons as well!

Ollie and Frank were tremendous hosts. We loved the log cabin and all their recommendations were exceptional. We will be back!!!

Gary & Mina were excellent hosts. They greeted us for check in and where very accommodating. Any questions we had were quickly answered via the AirBNB app. The house was full of character and had lots of things to do indoors and outdoors. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies, utensils and kitchen wares. There was a washer/dryer centrally located which was great for towels and the Weber BBQ was in top notch condition. Water toys well maintained (2 kayaks, 1 paddle board, 1 canoe and 1 paddle boat). Pool and hot tub worked great, which was a must for our cottage getaway.

Lovely lovely place. Sitting on the deck watching over the blue waters of the bay - dreamy! Kids had fun at the beach and in the pool. Highly recommend.

I spent my weekend at Michelle’s place for a little staycation, and it was absolutely perfect! Michelle was amazing—super accommodating and responsive. The place looked exactly like the photos and was just perfect. The space was beautiful, fully stocked, and Michelle truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. I’d highly recommend staying here for a relaxing getaway. We would definitely be coming back, especially in the summer!”

Idyllic gem on Georgian bay. Perfect for a small family getaway by the lake. The resort pool is a big plus for the kids. Beautiful surroundings and stunning sunsets. Jefferson is a great host. Very friendly and responsive. He kindly accommodated our request.

My boyfriend and I stayed the weekend, it was a great location, Joe was very responsive and friendly! We had only 1 concern with the bbq that was not clean, but it has been handled with effectively. Overall space was very clean, it was easy to find kitchen supplies, and other items in the house! A great location with stores, restaurants at a walking distance, and other attractions within a 30 minute drive

We rented Amanda's place for 2 nights in the winter and it surpassed our expectations! Amanda was a great communicator. The older cottage has been extensively renovated, it was clean, comfortable and cozy. We loved the wood stove and the heating system worked well. The kitchen is first-rate, and very well-equipped, it even had decent knives! We cook a lot and we very much enjoyed making meals there. We loved watching the ever-changing weather on the river from the picture window in the living room, and even saw a beautiful sunrise. The star of our stay was the sauna—we have a wood-burning sauna at home and at our cottage—and we were very impressed with its size, the modern design, the huge picture window and the style of stove. It got up to temperature even in -17 degree weather. We hiked and snowshoed in the Alexander Hope Smith Nature Reserve which was a walk from the cottage. The town of Washago was a 11 minute drive, with a great grocery store. Would definitely stay there again!

My habbit is to check the reviews if it's available before i book or buy something. I booked the cottage at Airbnb because it's the highest rating, everything is accurate as the description, wifi signal is great for 10 guest, big play room, water is supplied by the city which makes the bulk cooking and showering more easier and quicker. Very warm stay in the winter time. The out windows view is great, easy access to the lake, so it will be much better for the summer stay. The host is very nice, fast response whenever I have a question. I will introduce to my friends if they need the stay around this area.

Cameron responded quickly, the kitchen was very clean and equipped. The view was beautiful, I highly recommend it.

Beautiful cottage with short walk to the beach. Michael was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed to have a great time. Tips: 1. bring water shoes, beach close by has rocks. 2. Wanda park is actually 5 mins away, google takes you around which is 25mins. 3. Balm beach is the best beach nearby, but bring your own shade.

Frank is very responsive and helpful! Just Loafin is beautiful, clean, and spacious! Not just my teenage kids, even my wife and myself enjoyed so much using the trampoline and kayak. The lakeview was amazing and the water was so clear! The tennis court is very well maintained. Roasted marshmallows in bonfire was a highlight! We felt totally ok without wifi as there were so much to do. The pictures didn't exegerate how big the living room is! It's huge! Very comfy couches to relax and lots of sitting areas for meals. We had 7 people so 2 bath and 1 powder room really helps. This cottage is in a nice and quiet area, at the same time it's close to the city for grocery, pharmacy, restaurants, and parks. We had definitely created a lot of wonderful memories here. Thank you so much!

We had a great Christmas week at Jeff’s beautiful cottage which is ideal for families or friends. The house is well equipped for a big group making for a pleasant and comfortable stay. We loved listening to Jeff’s vinyls by the fire and being surrounded by nature thanks to the large windows overlooking the river. I would love to come back in the spring or summer to discover different seasons on the river!

We had a great time! Lots of water toys for the kids (kayaks, paddle boards etc). Walking distance to playground and town. Fishing was fun and beautiful scenery from our front window. We can’t wait to go back :)

We absolutely loved our stay at the cottage. The photos truly don’t capture how beautiful and peaceful the decor, property, and grounds are. Everything is so thoughtfully set up—it’s clear a lot of care has gone into making it feel special. The kitchen is better stocked than most of ours at home! The view from the hot tub was a highlight, and we appreciated all the games and toys available for both kids and adults. One small but clever detail we really liked was the ability to close off the living room—such a great feature for keeping things quiet when others are sleeping. We’re already dreaming about coming back in the summer to enjoy the incredible beachfront!
