David’s place was clean, comfy and made us feel right at home. Spent a long weekend here with my husband, our 3 children and dog and we all had a great time. The location was private and peaceful. We enjoyed campfires, 4 wheeling and movies at night. We’ll be back!

Loved the deer roaming right in the yard and nearby field each morning and evening. Incredibly comfortable home and furnishings. Being able to use the hot tub was one of the reasons we chose this place. We can only say great things about this place and hope to stay in the future! Thank you for being a great host!!

We were in the area for a Search and Rescue K9 training and needed some place that would accept dogs. We found this listing and we knew this was the place for us. With 130 acres our pups were able to take some great walks and play together after a day of learning. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your family home. Very clean, thought of everything, everything labeled, well put together cottage! Hosts were very responsive, and thoughtful. A wonderful get away for our anniversary and only a 15 min country drive to wellsboro.
