Localizado em uma área verde, em uma rua tranquila, a 1,5 Km da Estação Ferroviária de Tiradentes. O acesso se dá por estrada de calçamento e continua por alguns metros em estrada de chão. Cozinha equipada, e oferecemos toalhas e roupas de cama.
