Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Tisno

Wir hatten einen herzlichen Empfang und eine brillante Kommunikation während unseres Aufenthaltes. Es wurde direkt geholfen, wenn wir ein Anliegen hatten :-) Die Lage des Hauses ist in der schönen Natur Vranas und man kann dem Trubel entfliehen. Der eigene Pool trägt dazu bei. Zudem hat man einen Außengrill, um die schönen Abende abzurunden. Des Weiteren ist ein neues, zusätzliches Badezimmer vorhanden, welches auf den Bildern noch nicht erkenntlich ist! Es wird aber dringend ein Auto empfohlen, um Supermärkte, Strände usw. zu erreichen. Alles in Einem, war es ein super Aufenthalt und wir würden wiederkommen :-)

Beautiful home! There was plenty of space for the seven of us that were there. The pool and rooftop patio were amazing! The house has everything you need. It’s about a 15 minute drive to downtown Zadar and about a miles walks to restaurants in the local village. I would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay and experience at the villa. We were a family of 7 adults and a child and there was something for everyone. A clean and beautiful swimming pool, a pool table, a table tennis and a playground. This is a very spacious villa with two independent levels. The main kitchen was outside providing extra socialising space. Actually this is where we spent most of our time. Very calm area in a country side. You will need a car to move around with the closest supermarket and fish shop at 15 minutes drive. Very nice restaurants on the coast and surrounding villages. Our experience went beyond our expectations and we are seriously thinking of coming back. The checkin was very easy with clear instructions with the host waiting for us despite a delayed and late arrival. Always available to answer any question. A wonderful experience and thank you Ante.

We (family of 4) really enjoyed our stay at the ranch. It was peaceful, calm and relaxed. we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and the children never wanted to be out of the pool. We enjoyed fresh eggs and delicious olive oil produced from the olive trees on the grove. During our stay we enjoyed local areas such as Split, Trogir and Marina. We would throughly recommend staying here if you are after a relaxing retreat as a couple or as a family of four. Nikola was accommodating and friendly, as we're his parents nearby. If we are ever back in the area we would happily stay at the ranch again.

Keurig afgewerkt en compleet huis. Van alle gemakken voorzien zoals een wasmachine, vaatwasser en uitgebreide keukenuitrusting. Het huis heeft een terras (geen tuin) en eigen oprit voor het parkeren van je auto. Er is direct contact met de buren die langs het terras lopen en rijden. Dit is niet hinderlijk maar wel goed om te weten. Op loopafstand van een mooi en verzorgd (kiezel)strand aan de weg, met fijn terras en bar La Bocca. Supermarkt om de hoek heeft beperkt assortiment. Het centrum van Sukosan ligt op 5 minuten rijden en 30 minuten wandelen. Vanuit Biograd en Zadar zijn de eilanden goed te bereiken met de reguliere ferry.

Die Unterkunft von Martin war wirklich super schön. Die Lage ist super wenn man mal etwas abschalten möchte und trotzdem auch mal ab und zu etwas unternehmen möchte wie zum Beispiel der Nationalpark oder eine Bootsfahrt in Zadar. Martin ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der einen herzlich willkommen heißt mit Getränken und Essen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

The house is very well decorated and equipped. we felt at home, even better. it's located in a pretty port, with nice walks around and the town restaurant is really good. quiet village, perfect for a nice rest

It is a wonderful place to relax. We can can only recommend this location. It's perfect locacated and a dream if you wish calm and relaxing holidays. I think in the future it's a a diamond for having a good time at the seaside and as I said, everything perfect. We like such places....

The apartment was perfect for our stay. Ivana gave us great recommendations for affordable food and great locations to explore. You can easily walk to the old town and we were provided a parking spot for our car.

Byl jsem ubytován se svým synem na 4 noci. Vše bylo v pořádku. Byli jsme spokojeni s čistotou a vybyvením bytu. V kuchyni snad nechybělo nic co by člověk očekával. Jde vidět, že hostitelka přemýšlela při vybyvení kuchyně a dalších prostor, jako by sama byla host. Za to velká pochvala, protože v jiných ubytováních máme opačnou zkušenost. Komunikovali jsme s otcem paní hostitelky, panem Zoranem, který byl velmi ochotný. Za to moc děkujeme. Naprosto nadstandartně nám bylo umožněno si zapojit do sítě a nabít náš elektromobil, nabízel jsem za tuto službu peníze, ale hostitel odmítl. Takže jsem vděčný za ochotu a přístup. Ubytování je velmi blízko od centra, kde jsme chodili na večeře a přitom není rušeno hlukem. Doporučuji využít tohle ubytování k vašemu pobytu. George

I only stayed a night because I was just passing through Sibenik, so a free parking spot and an easy to get to place is all I needed. But besides this I also got good instructions how to get to the place, very clean apartment with fresh and nice smelling sheets and towels, as well very friendly hosts and their family. The kitchen also had a complimentary tea and coffee bags.

We really appreciated the personal contact with our host, taking the time to ensure we were in the apartment, had time to ask questions, even giving us lots of reccomendations that were perfect for our stay length. Helpful and friendly! Incredibly quiet for a city apartment. Soft music & sea organ both were a lovely occasional serenade while relaxing on the patio in the evening. We loved it ❤️~Susan and Jeff

We had a very pleasant 5 nights stay, the appartement is located in a quiet residential area with lot of stores around. Full kitchen, nice modern bathroom, very clean and comfy rooms. Building is very easy to access. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the local bus or Uber made it really easy to go on other cities nearby, or you can take a nice walk right to the beach! Mirjana and her family are very warm persons, wou will be welcomed with homemade cookies, products in the fridge and fruits from the garden. Sometimes when you come back home you will find some sweets in front of your door! We recommend this experience with a well deserved 5 stars 🌟

Josip was very kind and welcomed us even before the check-in indicated on the App. The apartment was big, had a nice living room. The kitchen had everything you might need! The balcony had enough space for 3 - 4 people to sit and even some clothes to be laid out! We got some restaurant and beaches suggestions and the options were really worth it! Not so close to the centre, but a few minutes away by car from it. Definitely recommended if you hop in Zadar!

Valentina ist ein super Host! Sie hat auf alle Anliegen stets direkt geantwortet, Auskunft gegeben und sich nach uns erkundigt. Wirklich super lieb und aufmerksam ohne aufdringlich zu sein! Die Unterkunft entspricht den Bildern und liegt wie beschreiben 15min vom Wasser entfernt. Bis zur Altstadt wären es 40 min zu Fuß, mit dem Auto nur ein paar Minuten bis zu einem kostenlosen Parkplatz. Für uns war das genau perfekt! Es waren ein paar fremde Haare im Bad und auf dem Sofa. Abgesehen davon war die Unterkunft sauber und mit dem notwenigsten Küchenutensilien ausgestattet. Es wurde Strand Equipment zur Verfügung gestellt, wovon wir positiv überrascht waren. Das Airbnb ist recht dunkel aufgrund der ebenerdigen Lage und der Nachbarhäuser. Uns hat das nicht gestört und im Sommer ist es bestimmt angenehm kühl. Uns hat es gut gefallen und können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Vor allem ist der Kontakt mit Valentina sehr freundlich und einfach!

Gute Kommunikation mit dem Host. Villa war sehr sauber und genau wie auf den Bildern. Top! Host war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles in allem spitzen Urlaub.

L’appartement est magnifique avec une vue sur la mer incroyable ! Les commerces de proximité peuvent se faire à pied (dont une boucherie de qualité) Parking voiture est un plus :-) La climatisation dans toutes les pièces ! Les 3 vélos à disposition nous ont bien servis : les balades le long de la côte me manqueront ! La plage au bout du quai avec le beach bar ! Les recommendations de Marko ont toutes été de qualité : la sortie en bateau était géniale ! Nous avons adoré le fait d’être sur une île : c’est tout de suite plus paisible Que du bonheur !!!!

Villa bardzo ładna i komfortowa, duże sypialnie, salon, część jadalna, taras. Czysto i przyjemnie. Lokalizacja ok. Niestety w czasie naszego pobytu trwał remont ulicy co niestety powodowało że było dość głośno. Gospodyni bardzo elastyczna i przyjazna. Ogólnie oceniany wyjazd bardzo pozytywnie.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Es war perfekt für eine große Gruppe und das Haus und die Gegend war sehr schön. Antonio und seine Frau sind sehr zuvorkommend und gegeben gute Reisetipps. Bei Fragen waren beide immer sehr gut erreichbar. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à la Villa Medici. Idéal avec des ados, multiples activités qui plaisent à tous: salle de sport, sauna, billard, playstation, piscine… chacun a pu avoir son espace et en même temps des lieux spacieux où se retrouver tous ensemble.

Das Häuschen ist so, wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Sehr gemütlich und perfekt für einen Urlaub. Das Grundstück ist riesig und bietet einen schönen Ausblick auf die Natur. Man ist ungestört und gelangt von dort mit dem Auto innerhalb von Max. 30 Minuten nach Zadar. Andrea war per immer schnell zu erreichen und sehr gastfreundlich. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Einfach empfehlenswert!! ☺️

Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat eine wirklich tolle Lage mit einem super Blick auf die Bucht und Rogocniza. Das Meer und viele Badeplateau‘s erreicht man in 100 Metern. Als Urlauber muss man jedoch Berge und Treppensteigen mögen. Für uns war das garkein Problem! Der Ort Razanj ist klein und ziemlich verzweigt. Steile und enge Bergstraßen sind Alltag. Er bietet aber alles was man braucht und zum Haus kommt täglich ein Händler mit Brot & Co., sowie Fisch. Fazit: Tolles Haus im ruhiger Lage, mega Ausblick, fast direkt am Meer -> was will man mehr.
