The terrace is large and surrounded by a fenced garden - suitable for dogs and children. The garden has become a forest with paths that are regularly beaten. The house is heated with a fireplace, wood-burning stove and heat pump. There is a washing machine and dishwasher. Arresø is a 5-minute walk from the cottage and 10 minutes away is restaurant Tinggården. The area is characterised by nature and cottages and beautiful beaches within cycling distance.

From the cottage, it is 200 meters to the forest and 800 meters to the beach. The grounds are totally undisturbed with a beautiful older planting. The house has been completely renovated this year and looks very inviting with a loft for children and an exit to a large south-west facing wooden terrace. The house also has 3 good bedrooms and a completely new bathroom.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Our modern summerhouse is situated at Oroe in Isefjorden. The house lies on a 'hilly' plot owerlooking Isefjorden almost at the end of a gravel road. From the beach you can fish and swim.
