Charming, cute, clean w balcony ❤️of Latin Quarter

Charming and cosy flat in the heart of central Copenhagen. The middle age city, also called the Latin Quarter. The most lovely and vibrant area in all Cph. From the flat you reach everything in the city center by foot. You have the best of Cph at your door step. The apartment is in the back yard, withdrawn from the street, and safe with a gate, and you can enjoy sitting on the private balcony with your coffee and a drink. The building also has a private green garden you are welcome to use.

Lejligheden har 3 etager fordelt med køkken, stue, toilet og entre på 1. sal, 2 soveværelser og bad på 2. sal og en fantastisk tagterrasse på 3. sal med udsigt til husbåde og grønne omgivelser. Her kan I nyde afslapning og samvær med familien – lige fra morgenkaffe med solopgang til leg i haven og grill på terrassen. Beliggenheden er ideel - I bor midt i naturen, men stadig tæt på alt. This apartment has everything. Its a very bright and spacious four room app. The heart of the app is a spacious kitchen and dinning room in connection with a lovely sunny balcony. There are two bedrooms.The large bedroom has a double bed and a single bed together. It can fit up to three adults, or adults with kids.The secong bedroom overlooks the sunny backyard and has a 1 1/2 pax bed. Other than that the app has a big bathroom and a livingroom in connection with the kitchen.

Moderne lejlighed i roligt område tæt på centrum

Vores lejlighed ligger i et skønt familievenligt område i gå afstand til centrum. Den ligger lige ud til Københavns Havn, som er meget ren og hvor københavnerne bader om sommeren. Her er ingen trafik, da det er for enden af en vej og her er ikke fester og larm, som i den gamle del af Islands Brygge. Med byens gangbroer og cykel broer er du tæt på byen og alligevel lidt tilbagetrukket. Lejligheden er bygget i 2018 og er lys og moderne indrettet med alt hvad du skal bruge.

Right at the harbour on Islands Brygge this flat is located just 15 minutes Walk to City center, Tivoli and Main station. My home is a Wonderful 126 square meter flat in an old charming Building with all modern facilities, cable tv, wifi, washing machine. The apartment consists of 5 rooms - a big kitchen/diner with espresso machine, 3 bedrooms, a lounge with a large couch and a computer/work desk. The bathroom is renovated with luxourious shower equipment.

Luxurious 168m2 family friendly apartment with beautiful Copenhagen view. 2 bath rooms and 2 balconies. Unique central placement: 15 min walk to the city town hall & to Tivoli. The harbour bus has a stop 5 min from the apartment, the metro station (Islands Brygge) is 10 min. walk away. You can swim in the harbour just outside the window and there is also a really nice beach also just 5 min walk away. Best possible area when visiting Copenhagen.
