The bathroom is equipped with shower, sink, toilet and washer/dryer. The loft has two 90 cm mattresses. Nice patio with the possibility of relaxation and barbecue.

On the plot there are rocks, lawn, pond with goldfish and three patios, one of which is high up overlooking the horizon. Close to lovely swimming on the rocks on the badholmen or by the beach in Linneviken.
