Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Tkon

We never had a better experience than with Sanja! She is so helpful and we are really thankful for her welcoming. We felt like we are at home, so we enjoyed the wonderful house to the fullest. Our dog Louie also enjoyed playing with her dog Bura and we are sure, that he will miss her. We will definitely come back! Thanks for everything.

La communication a été très agréable. Iva est disponible pour toutes informations nécessaires. Un grand merci pour toutes les attentions apportées pendant notre séjour. Le beau temps n'était pas toujours à rendez vous, mais les enfants ont eu de quoi s'occuper dans le logement. Encore merci pour cela. Le logement est situé près de la mer, on peut y accéder à pied en 10 min. La rue est très calme. Tout le nécessaire est présent dans le logement pour y passer un bon séjour.

We had a wonderful stay here at House Petar. Toni contacted us ahead of time to check on our arrival and gave clear instructions to find his house. The house was spotless and roomy and the outside patio is spacious; excellent for outdoor dining. The house actually borders the sea and there is a wide, level walkway that leads into old town, about a 5 min very pleasant walk. All the amenities that you would need are within a 5min walk. Toni was also very helpful in providing recommendations for restaurants and local beaches. Thanks Toni for a wonderful stay at House Petar. 😀

We spent an amazing few days at Renata’s apartment. Her mother welcomed us and gave us the keys, she’s the loveliest lady ever. The location of the apartment is excellent, the supermarket and the beach is only a few minutes walk away. The apartment is even better in person than in pictures. We couldn’t recommend staying here more. Thank you for having us:)

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in Zlatko's Haus gefühlt. Er hat uns bei der Fähre in Trogir empfangen und alles genau erklärt. Er ist sehr freundlich und antwortet sofort auf Nachrichten. Auf der Insel brach unser Transfer auf halber Strecke zusammen und wir mussten unser ganzes Gepäck zum Haus tragen. Dann waren noch ein paar kleinere Sachen beim Check-In, aber Zlatko war sehr nett und hatte uns angeboten als Entschädigung 2 Tage kostenlos zu bleiben, was wir leider nicht konnten. Ein Vermieter könnte nicht besser reagieren. Das Haus hat wirklich alles was man braucht, sogar ein SUP war dort. Man kann Weintrauben pflücken und unter der Pergola waren immer ganz viele Schmetterlinge, total schön! Leider auch viele Moskitos, aber bei jedem Fenster ist ein Netz. Der Strand ist nur ein paar Meter entfernt und wunderschön!! Leider sind die 3 Restaurants auf der Insel sehr teuer und die Portionen sehr klein. Also unbedingt genug Essen mitnehmen! Diese Insel bzw Haus ist perfekt zum Entschleunigen

Mali sme skvelý pobyt v tomto apartmáne na ostrove Vir. Apartmán bol jednoduchý, no veľmi čistý a útulný. Výhodou bola skvelá lokalita – blízko pláže, reštaurácií a obchodov, čo nám umožnilo pohodlný prístup ku všetkému, čo sme potrebovali. Goran bol veľmi priateľskí a ochotní, vždy pripravení pomôcť s akoukoľvek otázkou alebo požiadavkou. Celková atmosféra bola pokojná a uvoľnená, ideálna na oddych a načerpanie novej energie. Radi sa sem opäť vrátime! Ďakujeme

We had a great experience with Damir and his sister as the host. The place is amazing, very quiet, beautiful around, lovely local restaurants. The apartment itself was great. Despite the sudden temperature drop it was warm and cosy inside. It felt as if we were at home. We had a big terrace with an amazing view and sunsets. The swimming pool was always clean. There are sunbeds and umbrellas, everything you need for a great vocation. Our children are already asking us to come back, it says a lot....)))

Great house, with very spacious garden, extremely close to the sea, very well equipped with sports equipment. Friendly and responsive host. We (2 adults, 2 teenagers) had a great stay!

Smještaj je bio odličan, sve je bilo uredno i čisto, smještaj točno odgovara fotografijama u oglasu, Petra je odličan domaćin te nas je dočekala u smještaju kojom prilikom nam je dala i nekoliko preporuka obzirom da smo prvi put bili u Zadru, sve preporuke za ovaj smještaj 😀

BEST LOCATION. The apartment is at the entrance of the bridge that leads you to the old Town, the only thing to visit in Zara. The apartment has lots of space and light. Tamara has at your disposal more than you would ever need. The closets had old drawers difficult to open but you have more than enough room to store all you need. We went every night to enjoy the sea organ's music. The ambiente of the old city is very magical. We would like to come back to Zara and we'll surely return to Tamara's place!

Einfache und unkomplizierte Kommunikation schon vor der Anreise. Einfacher und bequemer Check in, super freundliche Hausbesitzer (Franko sowie auch seine Frau Andrea), tolle Lage mit einem wundervollen Ausblick. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit dort. Sehr weiter zu empfehlen und auch unsererseits beim nächsten Zadar Besuch gerne wieder!

Toller Aufenthalt. Wohnung wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Kommunikation war top. Gegend etwas ruhiger, aber optimal für Ausflüge geeignet. Wir kommen wieder.

Spędziliśmy tutaj miło czas z rodziną. Okolica spokojna, w okolicy duży supermarket. Jest miejsce na samochód. Jest miejsce na grilla i żeby odpocząć z rodziną w zaciszu podwórka. Gospodarze bardzo mili, pomocni i komunikatywni. Polecam każdemu.

The apartment was lovely, just like the photos and very cosy. It is in a great location, which is walkable to Vodice beach.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft die sehr sauber und genau wie auf den Bildern beschrieben war. Top Ausstattung auch in der Küche zum kochen. Perfekt war der direkte Stellplatz für das Auto in der Garage. Es hat uns sehr gefallen und wir würden sofort wieder kommen!

This place is truly amazing—recently renovated with stylish furniture throughout and a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need. It’s in a perfect location too, just a 5-minute walk to the city center and only 2 minutes from a supermarket. Super convenient and comfortable!

We really enjoyed out stay at the apartment. Place was like in the pictures, even the weather was the same. :)

We stayed with Adrienn for 5 days, and had the best time. She organised a transfer for us to and from the airport which worked a dream. We arrived earlier than checkin and were able to get straight into the property. The studio is quiet, clean and most importantly has a great AC! It was a haven after a long day in the sun. We were able to use the villas sun loungers which was very helpful. We very much enjoyed spending time on the roof terrace, which made up for not having a balcony. The beach is less than 2 mins walk, as are a host of very good restaurants (Leonardo, great value for money). The location is great for exploring, we hired a scooter and many other beaches were less than 10mins away (Labadusa, Kava, Duga). We will definitely visit Adrienn again with no hesitation. Thank you! Przepiękny, nowoczesny, ekskluzywny, przestrzenny apartament, idealnie położony nad samą wodą tuż przy deptaku.Bardzo dobrze wyposażony, smart tv w każdej sypialni, czyściutkie ręczniki, dobra pościel, ładna zastawa, dostępna chemia, pralka, leżaki to wszystko uczyniło pobyt przyjemniejszym. We had a great time in the apartment. The view from the terrace is breathtakingly beautiful looking out over the sea. The location is great, there is a supermarket in walking distance and very close to the beach. It is also a lovely costal walk to Trogir which we loved and is great for a drink or a sweet treat (Klara's recomendation). We rented a car and it was easy to park, Krka National Park is less than an hour away and its a short drive to Split so really well located. Everyone we met were friendly. The apartment itself is well appointed and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Klara was a great host, responsive and helpful. We had a great time and 100% recommend the apartment as a great base in Croatia.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Og auf einem Hügel über Sibenik. Alles war wie beschreiben. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung war groß und äußerst sauber. Von dort kommt man innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß in das Zentrum der Altstadt. Auf dem Balkon ist schön ruhig und man einen klasse Ausblick auf die Stadt. Anita ist eine sehr nette und liebe Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns mit dem Auto vom Parkplatz abgeholt, da man in den Straßen bei der Wohnung nicht parken kann oder es besser nicht tun sollte. Sie hat und viele Tipps für die Umgebung und zur Stadt gegeben. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder ❤️

Это прекрасная квартира, очень просторная, с красивым видом, стильным интерьером и большой террасой. Размещение просто идеальное, набережная и пляжи в шаговой доступности. Рядом с домом остановка автобусов в Сплит и Трогир, которые ходят каждые 15 минут. Есть удобнейшая частная парковка, рядом магазины, в 5-10 минутах езды большие супермаркеты. В соседнем здании вкусное кафе, много кафе на набережной. Очень рекомендую слушать Елену, она подсказала нам лучшие места! Размещение идеальное для людей как с машиной, так и без. В квартире есть всё необходимое, от бумаги для запекания до обогревателей. Мы провели здесь месяц, и это прекрасное место для удаленной работы. Быстрый интернет, отлично работал для видео звонков. Мы были в январе, в квартире кондиционер и обогреватели, очень тепло. Елена великолепная хозяйка! Её советы просто бесценны! Спасибо за рекомендации и помощь! Мы будем рады вернуться.
