Nice cozy place for a weekend getaway. The sunset and sunrise views from the apartment were amazing. Overall enjoyed the stay.

Enjoyed the stay except a lot of places and sights closed mid early week which made it interesting. More spread out then expected but wonderful stay

Where do I start? The house was extremely welcoming. It matched the pictures perfectly. I asked John for a fan before our arrival and he made the necessary arrangements. The kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked, which I appreciated as a cooking enthusiast. My husband, our friends, and I enjoyed the space and patio immensely. The BBQ grill was a pleasant surprise and we used it to prepare dinner. The nearby lake was stunning and serene. We took advantage of the fishing opportunity and admired the scenery. I would definitely recommend John's place and plan to return.

We enjoyed our stay at the village and the house was very cozy. It was quiet and peaceful. We loved walking the trail thru the village and would recommend it.

Our family loved staying on the lake here! It was quiet and perfect for seeing the sunrise making breakfast and heading into town for a bit. We loved grilling and heading the Desoto Beach for the sunset each night!!! Perfect family getaway!

The place was awesome. Beautiful view of the lake from the porch. Inside was spotless with a comfy couch and beds. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

This was a last minute rental and Anna was quick to respond and made the whole process simple and fast. Loved the are, very private and close to everything. Definitely would rent again if back in the area!

Myself and my two kids stayed in their camper. It was just enough room for us to get a good night's sleep while visiting our family in Arkansas. Accessing the key was easy, the camp site is just down the road from the highway and the area is peaceful. Bekah had plenty of towels for us and after living in a camper for a while she was great full to my recommendations for a bathroom fan to reduce moisture and possibly a leaky toilet. The camper still had that new camper smell. Absolutely perfect for 2 people with the bunks for extra storage. Our luggage took up any extra space in front of the door while we slept. A/C kept us cool at night and the little bit of decor was perfect. This would make a great little getaway for a couple. And ducks on the pond to boot! Super cute and cozy.

My family of three generations enjoyed Justin's Airbnb. The three bedrooms were perfect for my family. My parents had the master bedroom with their bathroom on the main floor, while my husband and I had the basement bedroom next to the bedroom, which had a fireplace, deck, and TV. My children loved their own space in this bedroom. Justin provided all the toiletries, extra blankets, and pillows. The coffee bar was our favorite spot in the morning, and my favorite spot was the deck. I sipped my coffee in the morning and wine in the evening on the deck while enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Balboa Marina in Hot Springs Village is lovely and peaceful. It has a good-sized man-made sandy beach for swimming. We rented a boat to enjoy the beautiful lake.
