Toccoa Guesthouse.

Our home was built in 1905 with additions in 1996. The Guesthouse was designed as a true ‘in-law’ suite and was constructed in 2010. We're in the historic downtown Toccoa neighborhood where folks still sit on their front porches and greet others as they amble by on the sidewalks. You are welcome to use the rear porch and breezeway during your visit with us. You’ll find the property convenient, safe, quiet & private with the advertised essential amenities available to make your visit pleasurable

Pet-friendly guesthouse with a view. Located in Northeast GA, 1.5 hours north of Atlanta, 45 minutes from Helen, Clemson and 2 minutes from beautiful Toccoa Falls and historic downtown. Our guest house has 2 beds, one couch, a full kitchen, two baths, two porches and is handicap accessible upon request. The guest house can be used for small parties and get-togethers, for an additional fee beyond the nightly/daily guest fee. Guest often see deer, fox, wild birds and beautiful sunrise/sunsets.
