This 130-year-old house was a finalist in the Reconstruction Awards held by the Old House Restoration Association. The interior has been completely renovated, with fiber optic Wi-Fi and a sauna (for 1-2 people). Parking is available for 4 vehicles. It is recommended for family trips, remote work, and as a base for long-term stays. It is also an ideal base for sightseeing, as it is about 90 minutes to Nikko on a regular road, about 60 minutes to Ashikaga Flower Park, and about 30 minutes to Tochikiki Family Land, an amusement park. It is about 10 minutes to the nearby golf course, and about 10-15 minutes to large supermarkets such as Aeon and convenience stores. We can accommodate up to 4 guests, but the base price is for up to 2 guests. We charge an additional 5,000 yen per person for additional guests. Please be sure to let us know when you book if you are having a BBQ. Please bring your own charcoal. The large living room with a stairwell has a wood stove, so you can enjoy a warm stay in the winter. BBQ is available on rainy days on the covered terrace.Children can relax in the lawn garden. Free parking for 3 cars on the premises. There are only 5 villas and houses around, and it is a private space surrounded by nature and tranquility. Convenient access to tourist attractions such as Nasu Kogen, Shiobara Onsen, and Nasu Animal Kingdom. Spend an exclusive time with your family and friends with the nature of the four seasons.
