Beautiful location! The house is spacious, furnished in a rustic style with attention to detail, creating a welcoming atmosphere. We spent four days in total tranquility, surrounded by nature and breathtaking scenery, perfect for relaxing and enjoying sunsets while walking in the surroundings. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the common areas are comfortable and well-organized. The host was extremely helpful and proactive from check-in, promptly responding to any needs. A place I highly recommend to anyone seeking a break immersed in nature.

We had a wonderful stay at this property which is a bit difficult to reach, but is more than worth the painstaking arrival. The fantastic location is simply breathtaking – expansive fields lined with cypresses and olive trees create a backdrop that looks like a Tuscany picture book. The hosts were extremely nice and charming. They provided us with great tips for excursions and activities in the area, which has enriched our stay. Particularly noteworthy is that our dog also felt very comfortable and we could thus enjoy relaxing time as a family. In summary, we can recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience the true beauty of Tuscany. A place to relax and enjoy – here we will be happy to come back.

Absolutely beautiful and peaceful home 10 minutes from Orvieto. Even better views than the pictures online. Nothing says Italy more than looking outside and seeing grape vineyards all around. The host, Piero, was very kind and the wine from his estate (available for purchase at the house) was terrific.

Anna’s house is stunning and tucked away in such a beautiful quiet location. The people who take care of the house were kind and our two year old loved him. Would highly recommend anyone who wants a quiet get away from the hustle and bustle of life to stay here.

We absolutely loved our two-week stay at Lucy and Tommy’s house. The house itself is beautiful, and the garden is truly a haven of peace - we spent so much time there, fully unwinding and recharging. From the moment we arrived, Lucy and Tommy were wonderful hosts, always available and incredibly helpful. They provided great local recommendations, and we were also lucky enough to try their delicious homemade olive oil. The house is located in an extremely peaceful area, surrounded by trees and nature, which made our stay even more relaxing. We can only highly recommend this accommodation and we truly hope to visit again in the future.

Place is great..... Waking up in the morning and enjoying that view is priceless. There was everything in the house, especially in the kitchen. I think it is strategically located 20/30 from all the main attractions in the area.

The apartment was immaculate, comfortable beds, the table was laid before we arrived for our convenience and he responded to all messages within minutes. Perugia is a beautiful city and we were so pleased we chose to stay here as the location was central to town, safe and easily accessible by public bus from the train station. We had a lovely day at Paola's apartment. It's clean, functional, in a good location near a minimarket and especially the minimro of Perugia which is a wonder. Communication was easy and Paola was very available. The wifi was working fine. If we returned to Perugia, we would rent in the same place.

Claudia is very kind, polite and responsive. Comfortable house, with many comforts, clean and in a quiet area. private parking is extremely convenient, house equipped for all the necessary needs. Full, comfortable and equipped kitchen for everything you need. Nearby supermarkets, bars, and clubs, which allow the property to be very comfortable. We'll definitely be back!

This apartment has a view from every window - even the bathroom! It is on the quiet side of town, and was extremely quiet at night, but only a short walk to good restaurants and cellers. I stayed 2 weeks while studying at the language school on the far side of town, and I could not have made a better.l choice. Very comfortable bed and seating in the kitchen, and Giacomo was a friendly and responsive host.

Super happy with our stay and will come back again for sure! The apartment is in a calm area, has free parking on the premises, was very spacious and fit all of our needs. Elisa was VERY accommodating especially because we were travelling with twin toddlers. I have never stayed at a cleaner AirBnb! The place was immaculate, super organised and welcoming. There was coffee and a simple breakfast waiting for us and Elisa had left recommendations for local restaurants and activities. This apartment made our trip even better!

We found this late one night and luckily there were some open spots. Alessandro responded to us very quickly to inquiries. When we arrived yours we were impressed, it looked exactly like pictures and was very beautiful. It was very pleasant and peaceful there. Those who were there were very hospitable and helpful with all the requests. There is something off to things around but it is very recommended if you want to relax and relax. I would highly recommend.

Wow! Beautiful place! We have a wonderful pizza on the terrace and a great breakfast spread in the morning. The room was comfortable and very clean. The hosts were kind and welcoming. We can’t wait to go back. Totally worth the drive out there.

I went to watch volleyball.It is a short walk from the mini metro station and within walking distance of Parabalon.There were supermarkets, cafes, etc. nearby, and the location was good. They also provided water, coffee, basic condiments, towels, etc., which was very appreciated.　I had a problem once, and when I talked to the host, they responded right away. I want to use it again.

The accommodation is a small paradise of tranquility. No noise pollution. Wonderful view. Careful environment and a beautiful pool where you can relax and cool off. Antonella and her family are exquisite, kind, and extremely discreet people. strategic location to visit both the villages of Lake Trasimeno and to visit Perugia, Assisi and many other places. The nearby village is enchanting and you can shop for local products. For a more complex shopping just reach the lake village (Passignano) and you can find coop and Conad. the only thing that should be considered is that the area is totally devoid of a mobile network. The house is equipped with wifi, but as soon as you leave the house, even just to go to the pool, you have no way to access the network. For those like us who wanted to disconnect from everything, it was a no problem. If instead you needed to work or be available, it should be considered. overall for us it was a beautiful week of relaxation. It's worth it.
