You can enjoy swimming, fishing, or otherwise just staying on the lake with a rowing boat, a canoe is also available.

Charming and idyllic cottage on the shore of a quiet, clean lake in Toivakka. Ideal for families and telecommuting. Atmospheric in autumn and winter, it is fully winter-proof. Also wonderful during the Christmas season. Beautiful sunny yard area with a lakeside sauna and large terrace areas. Beach in the south/southwest direction. There is a ladder to the water on the dock. Good road to the yard, which is plowed in winter up to the door in winter. Toivakka's services are 7 km away. The cottage is for private use, so the calendar is updated in parts.

Sauna cabin in Toivakka

In the yard of a detached house about 1km from the center of Toivaka, a sauna cottage by the lake for 1-4 people. A sofa bed at the bottom, a low loft with mattresses upstairs. Almost vertical stairs to the loft. Electric underfloor heating. The sauna in the loft can be hot to sleep. Detached house amenities like drinking water and indoor water toilet. Small refrigerator, airfryer, and microwave. Blackout curtains, coffee and kettle. The jetty, barbecue and terrace are open for use again. The SUP board and canoe are waiting for warmer weather.

A 4-person sauna cottage completed in 2024 along a magnificent rapid. The calming rapids scenery guarantees a relaxing visit to Koskenrannan Helmi. The cottage is well suited for relaxation, fishing or even boating. In the large sauna of the cottage you can admire the flowing water, refreshment is easy in the always open rapids or in the outdoor hot tub. Warmly welcome to Halssila, Jyväskylä, a distinctive and idyllic residential area! Maple blossom is a hundred-year-old adorable pink little house in our yard. In summer, through the windows, you can see lush greenery and the branches of the yard maple, while in winter, the nearby Lake Jyväsjärvi glistens on the horizon. As a guest, you can enjoy peace and quiet in the shelter of a small house (40m²). From the motorway, you can reach our property by car in a few minutes; we are 3.5 km from Jyväskylä town centre.

The property has all the basic amenities in addition to a sauna, hot tub, large covered terrace, drying cabinet, wine cabinet, comprehensive dishes and a gas grill. Distance to Himos 10 km and distance to the lake 300 meters. The reservation includes linen, towels and the use of a hot tub at no extra charge.
