In the courtyard of a detached house, about 1 km from the center of Toivakka, there is a sauna cottage on the shore of the lake for 1-4 people. Downstairs there is a sofa bed, upstairs there is a low loft with mattresses. Almost vertical stairs to the loft. Electric floor heating. The sauna in the loft can be hot to sleep in. The comforts of a detached house, such as drinking water and an indoor toilet. Small fridge, air fryer and microwave. Blackout curtains, coffee and kettle. Note, the dock, canoe, grill and SUP board are not available during the winter.

The outbuilding has a wood-burning sauna and a sleeping loft with a double bed. (Bath barrel extra charge). Gas grill and wood-fired grill can be found in the yard and you can sit under the lean-to. Easy to get to by public transport. Skating rink in Vesankajärvi in winter and a sledding track. Disc golf course Vesala monttu 2 km, Petäjävesi 20 km. Laajavuori 9 km.

There is a ladder to the water on the dock. Good road to the yard, which is plowed in winter up to the door in winter. Toivakka's services are 7 km away. The cottage is for private use, so the calendar is updated in parts.

A 4-person sauna cottage completed in 2024 along a magnificent rapid. The calming rapids scenery guarantees a relaxing visit to Koskenrannan Helmi. The cottage is well suited for relaxation, fishing or even boating. In the large sauna of the cottage you can admire the flowing water, refreshment is easy in the always open rapids or in the outdoor hot tub.
