Holiday rentals in Tokai, Naka District

The living room is small than the picture, but the bedrooms is bigger, the place is clean and comfortable. Near train and restaurants.

Was a great stay! Only a 10-15 minute walk away from the Otsuka JR station, so it’s extremely easy to get to either east or west side Tokyo without worrying about any other stations to get confused with. Super close to the Sakura station if you’re not feeling like walking too much to Ikebukuro. It has some really nice food spots to and from the station with places to pick up amenities in case you forgot something on your trip. The space itself is exactly as shown on the page. AC works like a dream, and really quick to cool down the room. As stated on the page, no elevator, so be prepared to climb!

It was a high season, but for 4 people, 78,000 yen/night, I couldn't wipe out the impression that it was still expensive. However, it's a great location and a pleasant home to stay in, it's the same.

I was able to have a very pleasant time.

A bit far from main attractions but it’s what we wanted, peace & quiet. There’s train stations 7-10mins both ways so it’s t wasn’t a problem. There’s a small grocery store across the street & convenient stores 3-7mins walk. There’s a bigger grocery store, daiso, clothing, & drug store 7 mins walk through the nice neighborhood. The whole place was very clean & comfortable. I’d like to point out that the place is on the second floor & there’s no elevator. They also don’t have staff to receive luggage delivered so book your delivery for when you’re there already checked in. Despite that I still give this place five stars for the cleanliness alone.

The host always reacted quickly. Apartment is not the biggest but considering the price and place it was well worth the money. Also gave me a guide how to use AC, toilet etc. Everything was top notch clean and would definitely recommend. Showed me how to get to the apartment from the public transport, also very convenient connections. The bed is twin bed but big as 3 single beds. 👍

Host and space were great! A little out of the way from the bigger cities in Tokyo, but the AirBnB itself was awesome.

Kusakabes accommodation was honestly the biggest airbnb ive booked in japan. it was spacious and exactly as the picture stated. the walk to the nearest station was 5 mins and theres a 7-11 just across the street. it was literally a perfect stay for my fiance and i. thank you so much for accommodating the both of us!!
