このマンションはすべてリフォームして、新しい家具、家電など入れてます、明るくい部屋で、とても使いやすい部屋になってます。徒歩3分の場所に7-11のコンビニやスーパーマーケット 100円ショップもあります、徒歩5分ぐらいの場所に料理屋もあります、駅の方に行くと料理屋、薬局などもたくさんあります。ときわ台は静かな住宅地が広がる北口とは反面、南口は神社や飲み屋街など下町のような雰囲気もあり、住み心地のいい場所です。家の目の前のbus停(徒歩1分)からbusをのりましたら、新宿駅、池袋駅までも直通でいけます。赤羽、王子などもバス直通でいけます。池袋駅から電車で５駅ということで、都心には出やすい環境です。子駅や赤羽駅駅から１分ほど進むと、鬱蒼とした山のような光景に出ます。駅のすぐ近くにある天祖神社です。「ときわ」の名前の由来にもなった神社で、常磐松が境内や参道に植わっていたそうです。板橋区を南北に結び、沿道には天然温泉で有名な「さやの湯」があります。是非家族と共に、yuga house tokiwadaiに泊まりに来てください、キット日本文化を身近に感じる事ができます。
