Access to downtown entertainment areas takes approximately 30 minutes by train from Ichinoe Station. ■ Access to Tokyo Disney Resort By car: Approx. 15 minutes to Tokyo Disneyland Direct shuttle bus: From the bus stop “Furukawa Shinsui Park,” located on the road directly in front of the villa, • Approx. 25 minutes to Tokyo Disneyland • Approx. 35 minutes to Tokyo DisneySea (depending on traffic conditions) ※The villa is a convenient base for visiting both Disneyland and DisneySea over two days. ■ Property Overview Maximum occupancy: 1–8 guests For more than 8 guests, an additional fee of ¥5,000 per person per night applies. Infants under 1 year old stay free of charge. Layout: 1st floor: Living room, dining area, kitchen, bathroom, toilet 2nd floor: Twin bedroom, queen bedroom, Japanese-style room, toilet Beds: • 2 single beds • 1 queen bed • 3 Japanese futons • 1 extra bed In addition to the beds listed above, two sofa beds are available in the living room. Blankets, pillows, and sheets are provided for the sofa beds. Bedding is prepared according to the number of guests. One set of sheets is provided per bed. ■ Pool Information Availability: May to early October Depth: 1.1 meters In May, June, September, and early October, the water temperature is automatically adjusted up to 32°C. However, due to outdoor temperatures, the water may feel cooler on colder days and swimming may not be comfortable. In July and August, the pool heating function is turned off. The gazebo (sunshade) curtains will be installed from mid-July through August. However, for safety reasons, they will be removed during rainy weather or strong winds, even if you are using the BBQ area. ■ Amenities & Facilities Amenities: Toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hairbrush, razor, slippers, coffee, tea, mineral water Towels: One set per guest regardless of length of stay (1 bath towel & 1 face towel per person) For additional washing, please use the coin laundry next to the nearby LAWSON.
