Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Tokyo Prefecture

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! The place was spacious and perfect for our family of five. The surroundings were peaceful, and it had everything we needed. Plus, there was a market and train right across the street! Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Thank you for hosting, Hiro! We had a great time!

位置非常好，步行五分钟左右有两个地铁站，交通非常方便，床铺很舒服，有洗衣机和露天阳台，可以晾晒衣服，房东很礼貌，沟通良好。周围美食很多，同时有两家生鲜超市。唯一缺点是周末晚上可能会有点吵，附近有酒吧，不过房东提供了耳塞，不是什么大问题，没有完美的房子，综合来说此房源很优秀。

家族4人で宿泊いたしました。初めての民泊宿泊でしたので、道中の地元の方が買うような鮮魚店でお刺身と煮魚を買い、宿で食べました。 子供達は到着するなり積み木で遊び始め、映画館のような大きなスクリーンで見る動画を楽しんでいました。 初日は大雨だったので旅行の予定が変わってしまい、なみさんに室内で子供が楽しめそうな場所をお聞きしたら、すぐにご返信をくださいました。 乾燥機も便利で、宿のコーヒーミルで引いたコーヒーも美味しかったです！ ありがとうございました！

The property has all facilities as listed. this is very close to Asakusa station, Sensoji temple, Sumieda river, Asakusa Skytre. there is a 24 hour laundromat in 2 mins walk and wonderful eating places. and great access to travel everywhere. absolutely recommend to whomever is traveling to Tokyo

Die Unterkunft war nah an der Bahnstation und in einer ruhigen Gegend. Die Unterkunft war sauber und für 3 Personen ausreichend. Die Gastgeberin war immer erreichbar und hat auf Fragen schnell reagiert.

We had a great time! The apartment is located in downtown Shimokitazawa with loads of restaurants, shopping and transportation at your doorstep. The host booked airport transportation and responded quickly and was very helpful. We had a great time exploring Tokyo from here. Would definitely recommend!

性价比非常高，周边环境安静，附近有多个超市，吃饭的地方也比较多。有两个房间，基本的家具齐全，我们三大两小在这里住了三天，非常开心！

Fairly basic but nice and clean apartment in Sumida City (East Tokyo), x3 large double beds which was suitable for our family of 4. Clean kitchen with amenities you would expect. Also small but nice bath, washer and dryer. Lift up to 10th floor, easy to get in as per instructions. Relatively short walk to Skytree tower and train station. Easy bus connection to Disney and Disney sea at train station. Bit far from other tourist areas like Shibuya

ヴィラまでの道が分かりづらかったが、詳細な地図や写真を添付してくれてその場所まで行った時見つけやすかった。 犬を連れての宿泊だったが、色々柔軟に対応してくれてメールの返信も早くて良かったです。 バーベキューや焚き火に慣れてる人なら庭で楽しめると思います。 犬を連れてなくても海が近く、夏になったらまた来たいと思いました！！

9人で泊まらせて頂きました。 大きいテレビがあり、アメニティーが充実していて、不便なく過ごすことが出来ました。

ホストの方のとても親切な対応のおかげで快適な時間を過ごすことができました。BBQの用意や寝具の用意も全てやってくださり、くつろぐことができました。また機会があれば利用したいと思います。

It is very hard to describe how great this place was for our two-week family vacation. We come every year to Tokyo and have stayed at this property for the first time - it was hands down the best AirBnB we have ever stayed at. The host, the amenities (down to charging cables and batteries; they even bought some children stuff for our kids) plus the style, location etc etc. I almost fear this place will never be available again as it just was so good. We do miss it already being now back.

友人家族と楽しませていただきました。 江の島の中にあって立地が島内観光に最高です。 駐車場から歩きますが近かったですし、中のお部屋は写真の通りクールでかっこよくアメリカンヴィンテージな雰囲気でした。 電子レンジや大きな冷凍冷蔵庫があり、コップや食器類も揃っていて、本格的な飲食店仕様のガスコンロやシンクが使えます。 タオルはバスタオルのみで、シャンプー類やドライヤーが使えます。 Wi-Fiルーター完備でプロジェクターにスマホを繋いで映像を楽しみました。 トイレやシャワーは清潔感ありました。 9人でしたがベッドが区切られているのでぐっすり休めました。 また泊まりたいです！ありがとうございました😊

Perfect Location for Exploring Tokyo! The location was absolutely perfect—just a 5-minute train ride to Shinjuku Station, making it incredibly easy to get around the city. We loved having so many restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance, which made everything super convenient after long days of sightseeing. As noted in the listing, it’s an older home, so set your expectations accordingly. That said, it had everything we needed and was a comfortable place to return to each day. The space is a bit small, but that’s expected in Tokyo and didn’t impact our stay. What really stood out was the ease of access to key areas like Shibuya, Ueno, Akihabara, and of course, Shinjuku. There were also lots of great takeout and dine-in options nearby. The hosts were very responsive and friendly, which made the experience even better. We’d absolutely stay here again!

This is one of the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had, great apartment and fantastic surroundings. I would highly recommend it.

The place is close to ikebukuro station. Ikebukuro is really great station where so many lines connect there. 2 minute walk to nearest exit (west exit), and some minutes walk to train gate. Close to 24hr convenient store. Also some kebab store. The place is clean. All you need for your stay is there. No tv, but has an android projector that has many apps like disney, netflix, youtube etc. This place is in 3rd floor, and no elevator. Prepare your power to lift up your baggage to 3rd floor. The closet has no electric bidet. I guess asian who want a bidet should use shower to spray. 😅😅 Afterall,it was a really nice and close place.

I have stayed at one of Yin's Kami-kitazawa properties before so that should say a lot about my trust in this Airbnb. It looks better than in the pictures and is a very charming location. There's plenty of privacy thanks to the layout, sliding door that separates the bathroom and shower space, and shades that can be pulled down to separate the desk area from the bed areas. The wifi was great on my laptop, even for video calls. Having a washer and dryer was extremely useful, and the shower temperature was perfect. The AC and heater were also extremely effective. For those who want a comfortable bed, the sofa bed is very cushiony but still firm. I slept on the bunkbed. You can feel the springs in the mattress, and that did not bother me but those with sensitive backs might want a cushion. I slept well! You can also sometimes hear people upstairs but that is the case with many residential Japan places. It did not bother us. I want to stay here again. Thank you for the amazing Airbnb 🙏

We stayed at Toshi's place two years in a row and couldn't be happier. The location is amazing being close to the beach, many cute shops and cafe, the train station and main street of Hase. The place is spotlessly clean and thoughtfully managed with all the amenities you need and more. Toshi is a great host and always responsive, and provided very clear instructions. We felt very welcome and highly recommend staying here!

Our family had a wonderful stay over New Year's in this very spacious and comfortable house. If, like me, you're reading all of the reviews before confirming your booking, let me quickly tell you: the other reviews are accurate; the home is spacious, clean and comfortable; the location is fantastic; and the host is proactive and responsive. My family really enjoyed our stay. The host, Akiko-san, was proactive and responsive. She messaged us to make sure we got settled. We asked if it was possible to get the water in the shower a little hotter, and within a few hours, on New Year's Eve no less, a gentleman came and fixed the issue for us. The house was a great environment for our 8-month-old baby. The kitchen is well-stocked; it was easy to prepare food for my baby, as well as breakfast for the rest of the group. The location is ideal. I could write so many more positive things, but don't have enough space. Highly recommend for your next family trip.

Very cosy and comfortable place and Toshi was very proactive and responsive in his communication. The stairs were the only stress with big luggage otherwise the pace was lovely.

まず部屋に入った時に窓から見える美しい海に感動しました！滞在中は私の好きな赤い色調のおしゃれなお部屋で静かに過ごすことができました。窓の外を見ながら写真を撮ったり、スケッチをしました。 夜はとても静かだったので十分な睡眠をとることができました。次の日は比較的暖かかったのでバルコニーで朝食をとりました。これが最高でした。 コンドミニアムの前には松林があり、また美しい花が咲き乱れていて周辺をカメラを持って散歩しました。とても貴重な時間を過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました！
