Our house, located in the wild nature of Triglav National Park, is surrounded by a forest and beautiful mountains. Just under the house you can explore amazing water grove and a waterfall, which is known as energy point. In the valley you can enjoy the beauty of emerald green Soča gorge and if you're brave enough, you can jump right in. The house is a great starting point for many hiking trips. The most popular is certainly the hike to a beautiful glacial lake Krn, under the top of mountain Krn.

It has all the features you'd expect in a home: bathroom with shower, 140x190 bed for two, kitchen with sink, fridge, and induction hob, & a comfy sofa all set in a smartly designed layout to maximize space without sacrificing comfort and convenience. Our house is situated in the middle of the meadow at the beginning of the small village Modrejce, just a few steps away from the lake. The apartment, which is separated from our flat, is on the left side of the house and can accommodate up to 5 people. It has everything you need for a perfect vacation! We are a family of 5 - everyone with different interests, but all connected to our beautiful nature. Therefore, we can help you find something you enjoy - at our house or in Soča Valley!

Green House Bled 1

In the past, Green House with big green garden was my parents' farmhouse. We ventured into tourism in 2017 by renting out a room. In 2021 we demolished the old house and built a new one. House is just 10 minutes walking to lake Bled. There are two apartments on the first floor, both have a balcony with separate entrances and there is a shared washing machine in the common hallway. Behind the house you can find free parking and safe place for your bikes. Free WI-FI 6 is available. ID109629.

The apartment house is located on the outskirts of Tolmin, just above Tolminka river. It has three bedrooms, kitchen and dining room, living room with extra beds, bathroom and balcony. From the balcony there is beautiful view towards the Tolminka river and surrounding mountains. In the kitchen there are available electric cooker, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. Additionally, washing machine is available. The rooms are air-conditioned with satellite LCD TV.

The 4 seasons holiday villa is located in the Alpine region 2 km from Kranjska Gora in a beautiful and secluded location. Surrounded by a large fenced garden and including swim spa, jacuzzi, sauna, table tennis and 4 bicycles, it is ideal for leisure and/or very active holidays (walking, hiking, cycling etc.). It is ideal during the time of coronavirus pandemics since it enables a lot of fun even when contacts with other people should be avoided.

Villa Krivec

We are located just a 2-minute walk from Lake Bled. We offer 2 en-suite rooms with a kitchenette, but there is no dining table, meaning you can only serve simple food such as stew. In addition to the building, there is also a common living area with a dining table that our guests can use. Tourist tax is not included in the price, it is 3,13 EUR/night for adults and 50% of that for kids from 7 to 18 years. Kids under 7 don't pay tourist tax.
