Fall in love with the stunning landscape that surrounds this place to stay. The villa is located on the shore of the Sirkkalampi by the beautiful clear water. It's about 17km from downtown. The cottage has running cold and hot water. The water is drinkable. Also an indoor toilet and shower. Wood sauna with a beautiful view of the pond. There are kitchen furnishings like a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, water, and coffee maker. There's also a washer. Sunlight comes to the cabin throughout the day.

Welcome to a neat, well-maintained studio! You'll have the entire apartment (37 m²) to yourself. Free parking with a heating pole in the yard, which is rare for a car in this area. In the apartment, you can enjoy a sauna and a spacious balcony. The property has a well-equipped kitchen. You can quickly reach the city center via the Ylisoutaja bridge, for example, by using the bicycles included in the rent. The apartment has an air heat pump, so the nights are cool even in the summer. Partying is prohibited.

Rakennus sijaitsee samalla tontilla omakotitalon kanssa kuitenkin täysin erillään ja omalla sisäänkäynnillä. Läheltä löytyvät: sairaalan palvelut 1,4km, S-market (auki 24/7) 700m, apteekki, ravintoloita sekä hiihtoladut/lenkkipolut alkavat takapihalta. Vieraalla on käytettävissä kaksi polkupyörää. Majoitu keskellä Kiteetä, torin kulmalla, kaikki palvelut on kävelymatkan päässä. Talo on 50-luvulta ja sisustus 90- luvulta. Makuuhuoneessa parisänky ja olohuoneessa kaksi 80 cm sänkyä. Lisävuodemahdollisuus kahdelle 10cm patjoilla.Keittiö on retro nykyaikaisilla koneilla kuitenkin.Wc pieni mutta puhdas ja siisti. Suihkutilat on alakerrassa, yhteiset toisen huoneiston kanssa, lukittava ovi. Puuvillaiset Marimekon vuodevaatteet ja pyyhkeet pestään hajustamattomalla pesuaineella ja mankeloidaan.

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Docent's Flat

New (September 2023) apartment in the center of Joensuu, 500 meters from the university. Fully furnished, ideal for both short-term and long-term stays. The studio is for 2 persons, but can accommodate up to 4 people: additionally we can add 1 cot + fold-out bed for extra 50 euro, agreed in advance. Pool 600 meters away, cafe 200 meters away, market 1 km away, train station 2 km away. Spacious balcony, elevator, private parking with heating and charging. Perfect for convenience and comfort.

Villa LHJ Heinämäki

Villa was build 1999-2000 as a second home from the family with basic facilities criteria for everyday living. Basic principle was to have a place to calm down but also a house for remote work in home village. Place is pretty nice on top of the hill, scenery is wide almost all over ... tens of kilometers. Style is rustic with a light twist of retro functionalism. Now we have moved 200m, on the opposite side of the road, and we offer Villa for our quest. Your sincerely Leena & Juha

Romantic shelter with a great view

A cozy cottage between pines and the lake just in 2 steps from Saimaa. It is quite small inside (30 square meters) with a big open terrace and a green lawn in front of it. There are a Loft bed for 2 people with a view, a small kitchen, fireplace, sauna on woods inside the cabin. It is great to start your day from early swimming and yoga/breakfast at the terrace listening to birds songs and finish your day with a glass of wine taking pictures of a stunning sunset.

This cozy apartment with cooling air conditioning and a sauna is located near the campuses of the Central Hospital and the University of the University. Parking space. Check-in is hassle-free thanks to the key box. Beds for two in the bedroom are pre-made and the sofa bed gives an extra bed for a third. There's coffee, tea, spices, and more in the kitchen cabinets that are for our guests. In the summer, you can enjoy coffee from your own terrace!

Bedlinen, towels, soap and shampoo, hair dryer, drying washing machine, kitchenware, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven and stove, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, a 43-inch smart-tv and WI-FI are included. For toddlers there's a travel crib and toys.
