For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

This spacious 230 sqm country home with its lovely garden is only 150 metres from lake Schwielowsee in the picturesque Havelland area west of Berlin. At the same time you are only a 30 minute car ride away from the Ku'damm, a main shopping area in West Berlin and around 15 minutes from Potsdam. Perfect to combine relaxation in the garden or around the lake and a visit to vibrating Berlin! It's a treat even in the winter - staying by the fireplace, looking into the garden...

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't large but has all the comforts without being fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. Berlin's center and Potsdam can be reached quickly. Private access, balcony with water views, terrace and garden all around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are on the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

Bellagio-Werder vacation home

Our cozy apartment has a living area of approx. 60 sqm and a terrace of approx. 20 sqm. It is furnished for 4 people. The living room is divided into a living, cooking and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic stovetop, oven, fridge-freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. The bathroom has underfloor heating, a wellness shower and a washing machine. The barbecue area is currently being renovated, but is usable.

Vacation home "Inselgarten"

The quiet apartment (52 square meters) is part of a fisherman's house with an idyllic garden and century-old trees. It has a separate entrance and extends over two levels. The living area with kitchenette (fridge, kettle, microwave, stove) and the bathroom (shower) open up to the garden and courtyard. The bedroom (overlooking trees and water) is accessible via a staircase. The apartment is stylishly furnished and has a small library.

Comfortable living in Villa at Park Sanssouci

In the beautiful city of Potsdam, directly at the park Sanssouci and right across from Schloss' Charlottenhof you will find our villa built around 1850. The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. Within walking distance you can reach the supermarket and a bakery or café for breakfast. Dogs are welcome here. We are looking forward to your interest!

Our cozy apartment is part of our detached house in Paretz as an in-law apartment. Our beautiful garden can be shared with our animals (dog, cat and sheep) and invites you to relax and linger. Nature lovers and peace seekers will certainly get their money's worth in Paretz; whether walking in the nature reserve of the "Paretzer Erdlöcher" or relaxing at the Havel swimming area, which can be reached in just a 10-minute walk.

The creaking floorboards tell stories of times past, while the modern kitchen is equipped with all amenities. From here you can enjoy a beautiful view of the garden and experience the sunrise with a cup of coffee in peace.

Our houseboat is a cozy, modern fixed boat, which is located on a jetty of a campsite. The high-quality equipment and the fantastic view over the Templin lake make it difficult for us to leave every time. In summer we enjoy the 90 sqm roof terrace, which also invites you to barbecue. Through underfloor heating, fireplace and private sauna, we make our houseboat a fantastic retreat even in winter.
