Supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and pharmacies are a 5 minute drive (20 minute walk) away in the town of Tolmin. Spacious terrase offers capturing views of the Valley and makes for a great space to enjoy breakfast or drink a glass of wine in the evening. There is one bedroom with its own toilet, sofa uses modern mechanism to transform in bed with its own matress in 10 seconds.

Our house is situated in the middle of the meadow at the beginning of the small village Modrejce, just a few steps away from the lake. The apartment, which is separated from our flat, is on the left side of the house and can accommodate up to 5 people. It has everything you need for a perfect vacation! We are a family of 5 - everyone with different interests, but all connected to our beautiful nature. Therefore, we can help you find something you enjoy - at our house or in Soča Valley!
