Our guest house has eight comfortable clean letting rooms (all en-suite except one with private facilities), there are many bars/restaurants within a few minutes walk and a variety of things to do for all ages.

Ranscombe House is over 250 years old and commands fantastic views over Brixham and Torbay. It has 8 newly refurbished ensuite bedrooms and is lucky to have 12 on site parking areas which is rare in Brixham. It also has a large garden with seating for over 24 and a BBQ area which can be used by guest for a small charge,Large lounge dinning room and a small 5/7 seater snug can also be used by guest ,in the basement is a bar/ games room.

My cottage is set in a quiet road within a pretty village surrounded by countryside yet only 5 minutes drive to the main Devon Expressway with links to Torquay (4 miles) Newton Abbot (2 miles) Totnes (9 miles) and Exeter (16 miles). Cosy 1 studio space offers 2 connecting rooms and sleeps up to 4 people. It has a private entrance, tea and coffee making facilities and a private bathroom with a bath. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and within the lounge are two single beds. Both rooms have TVs. This room can accommodate dogs at an additional charge. The hotel offers free parking and breakfast at an additional charge.
