Paignton beach house

This Beautiful 4 bedroom beach town house with private parking for two, is set over 3 levels, it is just one min walk from the stunning Paington sea front and town. All 4 bedrooms have a tv, 2 have sofas and the master bedroom has a balcony. There is a bathroom on each level , one bath, one shower and a toilet downstairs. A fully equipped kitchen. The lounge is an open sunny space with lovely recliner seating and a dining table. The garden is a lovely relaxing suntrap with seating and dinning.

A 4 bedroom family home in Torquay, Torbay which is close to Paignton,Brixham and Kingskerswell,located high ground of town with a walking distance to Town, the Beach and the Harbour with a beautiful view ongoing. Fantastic positioning to access different points of Torquay via the Town or Seafront. Street parking is sometimes available, it can be roughly a 10-15 minute wait for a space if there isn't one. If you have a baby and request for the baby bath and cot, please contact before your stay

A contemporary seaside house set over three floors. Bi fold balconies to first and second floors with sea views. Located on the seafront opposite Institute Beach. Two designated, secure parking spaces all lit in the evening. Flat easy walk along the seafront to all beaches and watersports, theatre, harbour and ferries, Abbey Sands, Dinosaur World, parks, golf, bowls, Riviera Centre and all of Torquay's major attractions and beaches. Easy walking to Preston, Paignton and Cockington Village.

Attractive town house less than 5 mins walk from Meadfoot Beach and 20 mins walk from Ansteys Cove both with lovely cafes and stunning views of Torbay. Kent’s Cavern and Ilsham Valley are similar distances. Nearby shops are at Wellswood. There is free parking all along the road opposite the house It’s about a 15 minute walk into Torquay and harbour area or 5 minute drive. Bus to town stops 50m away. The train station is in Torquay and it’s a 40 minute drive to Exeter and its airport.

The property underwent a complete renovation in June 2021 it has brand new bathrooms and kitchen. In fact, everything is brand new. It is now a wonderful 3 bed 2 bathroom luxury holiday rental. The ground floor has an open plan living space with wooden flooring throughout. There is a well equipped kitchen, dining area and seating area with comfortable leather sofas and curved screen TV. On the 1st floor are 2 bedrooms & family bathroom and a huge master bedroom on the 2nd floor with en-suite.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Modern, warm and comfortable 3-storey home welcoming up to 5 guests in a super-convenient central location. Off-street driveway parking. Garage for storing bikes and other gear. Three bedooms: one with kingsize bed and ensuite with large shower, one with double bed and one with single bed. Boutique 4 storey home with Hot Tub - sleeps 24

We love the grandeur of this grade 2 listed home, with lovely coving & the grand sweeping stair case - in a peaceful location however within walking distance to the harbor, marina, bars, restaurants, shops, blue flag beaches & coves. Please enquire /message first before trying to book as different rates may apply & different lengths of stay and we do not not have instant book. Message only before trying to pay to save a refund back as even with card details the booking needs to be accepted

This beautiful well equipped holiday home in Goodrington Sands is situated in a stunning peaceful location within walking distance to Paignton Harbour with its lovely restaurants, Paignton Beach and even closer is Goodrington Sands beach which you can see from the holiday home. Private parking is right outside the door on a private driveway.
