We were looking for a single-story, peaceful and unique house facing the sea to share sweet moments with family. We found it and it's called Vila Sepia, the sea as the only horizon. We decided to share our haven of peace when we are not there. Come and enjoy and admire the sea as well as the sunsets from our lovingly decorated interior, or from our large 1400 m2 garden.

The wellness house (sauna gym)

Chalet-Gîte completely renovated close to Dieppe ( 15 minutes from the beach) in a wooded park of 1.4 hectares . The gite is fully equipped with: - with kitchen , toilet and a lounge area on the ground floor - 3 bedrooms upstairs and one bathroom with bathtub and toilet . This is the wellness house, you can come and rest and recharge , enjoy the Sauna and the gym .
