The house is charming, adapted to the natural environment, it was restored maintaining the original materials, stone, bricks and handmade clay tiles, chestnut wood... The electricity comes from solar panels and a generator It has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1 kitchen and dining room. A glazed porch with a sofa and table, it also has a porch and outdoor table with a large garden. Fireplace and heating. (Firewood for a fee €20) Private parking. Away from the noise. The Swamp House

The house is located on the banks of the Burguillo swamp with 3000 m2 of private land where you will find a large garden with a pool, barbecue and terrace with spectacular views of the swamp. Everything around it is the Iruelas Valley Nature Reserve, so it is a natural, isolated and quiet environment. Water sports, hiking trails, biking, horseback riding, mushroom picking, chestnuts... The area offers you a taste of the cuisine that is characterized by its rich meats and vegetables.

Fabulous new house in a village 30 km from Salamanca ideal for families. With great affection we have renovated this old barn in Tabera de Abajo, in the Charro countryside. This barn owned by our grandmother Amelia has become a mixture of the past and the present where you can breathe tranquility and enjoy all the comforts you can imagine. We've put our heart into every corner of Mirada de Amelia so that our guests take a piece of it with them during their stay.
