The living room offers a comfortable sitting area and a dining table, the kitchen is fully equipped, the shower room is pleasent and roomy. There are two bedrooms, each furnished with a hotel quality queen size bed.

Dating from the 18th century, this house was known to the whole village and even today many inhabitants remember having spent time there. The renovation focused on the enhancement of natural materials (wood, stone) by adding a modern side. Viaduc de la Souleuvre à 10 minutes ( saut élastique, accrobranche, luge etc...) 20 minutes de Vire et St Lô , 35 minutes pour Avranches et Caen.

The independent accommodation of about 26 m², offers the quietness of the countryside in the city. It is located 12 minutes from Saint-Lô, 38 minutes from Caen, 26 minutes from Vire and 33 minutes from Avranches. In less than an hour you can go to Mont Saint-Michel or visit the landing beaches. The non-smoking accommodation consists of a bedroom, living room, shower room and dining area. Close to all amenities.

Located halfway between Caen and Mont-Saint-Michel, in the southwest of Calvados, you will stay in a magnificent granite house (called the Bleu de Vire) from 1832 (classified as 3* furnished tourism). You will have access to almost the entire house as well as its beautiful one hectare garden, wooded and quiet, ideal for nature lovers.

The Firs

A renovated old cider barn, with plenty of original character beams. A cosy lounge and well equipped kitchen are found on the ground floor. Access to the first floor is up a spiral stair case, leading to a large open bedroom and bathroom, plus a separate Sipper bath located on a small mezzanine.

Simplify your life in this comfortable accommodation, located in a quiet village with shops, close to the interchange (A84 - N174), crossroads of the tourist sites of Normandy, and at the gates of Brittany. Ty Tuc is a former bakery. Free tour on request of the bread oven (wood-fired).
