Perfect rental, warm and very well-equipped house, very welcoming and accommodating host. The house is large and has numerous very comfortable rooms. Quiet reigns outside and yet the city is very close. Very nice view of the Cevennes. We had a great time. Communication with Katia was very nice, we really enjoyed crossing her path! Very nice stay at Johanna's! Listing matches the photos and description. For children, fenced house and well equipped with games. Kids loved the dorm. We enjoyed the outdoors (peaceful and quiet place) with the terrace and the barbecue. We highly recommend this place for a family vacation and keep the address to come back!

We had a lovely stay at this gite. Isabelle and Fabrice were very welcoming and communication was fluid from start to finish. The accommodation is ideally located, a few minutes drive from Montpellier and the beaches, in the pretty village of Assas. The environment is quiet and relaxing, with the castle of Assas nearby — perfect for a relaxing moment. A beautiful place that I would recommend without hesitation!

Small house in a very nice village of gites, the pool and the air conditioning are very appreciable and the hosts are very available without being oppressive. Recommended!

Our group had a great stay at Charlotte's place. The apartment is great for a group of 6-9 people, large open kitchen-eating area and two full bathrooms is a huge help! It is across the road from the beach, and there is a buvette and corner store within walking distance (10 minutes by foot). It's well situated in between Port Carnon and La Grande Motte, both about a 12-15euro uber where there are lots of great restaurants. The apartment was quiet, great for sleeping, and so lovely to wake up and have the balcony for your morning coffee. Charlotte was super responsive and helpful leading up to the trip. And for clean up, the bins are just across the road so super easy to take down any rubbish, recycling and glass. Absolutely recommend! Thank you Charlotte!

We stayed in this apartment for over 2 months and everything was great. Location is awesome. The apartment has everything you need, very cozy and clean and you can reach everything on foot. Great food options in front of the door. In the evening it is a bit noisy as there are many bars nearby but otherwise it was great. Nathalie and David were very great hosts, helpful, always available and very friendly. Thanks again for that! We recommend the apartment to everyone!

Julie's place is great for a family vacation in La Grande Motte. Close to the beach and shops, the parking space is really a plus. This allows you to get everywhere on foot. It is also well-equipped. The residence is very quiet and the terrace is really nice even when it's hot. Julie is very nice, responsive and she thinks about the well-being of the people coming to her home (thank you again for the bottle of cold water on our arrival). We had a great family vacation and we'll be happy to come back next time.

Having rented Martine's apartment for a month and a half, I had a very pleasant stay. You get attached to the apartment very easily. Several parking spaces available in front of the building and visible from the apartment, quiet and peaceful, clean and functional, it has everything for a pleasant stay. In addition, Martine is a great host, available and reachable throughout the stay to check in and make sure nothing is missing. I was able to get clean linens in the middle of the stay when necessary. I also had 2 bottles of cold water as soon as I arrived, which is always nice. Very nice apartment well located close to the beach and shops but quiet with a well-maintained and pleasant garden from the double terrace. Beautiful interior decor or nothing is missing and or everything is well thought out with little touches that I have rarely found in other rentals. The center of Grande Motte is a 15-minute walk for the morning walk and the beach as far as the eye can see . Thanks again for everything Lucie . Have a nice season. Very well located on the avenue that leads to the sea. Bakeries, crossroads market ... nearby I would this property.
