Add to that a woodfire pizza oven, fire pit, BBQ, dartboard and outdoor games, and there’s seemingly no need to venture beyond the garden gate.... except the beach - only 200m away!

Filled with art, books, a big comfy couch and fireplace for and wood fired oven on the new large private deck. Cafes, restaurants, bars, playgrounds, shops and supermarkets are easily accessible by a walk or short drive.
