Ideal for a couple or small family. Easy walk to restaurants, Whole Foods, and coffee shops. Five minute walk to Starbucks. We are just 17 miles to LAX, 30 to downtown LA, and 35 to Disneyland. Lovely Highly rated Private guest house in the rear of our house with private access and private parking with AIr Conditioning just 1 1/2 blocks to the beach The area is very walk-able 3 mins to the beach and a few blocks to a beautiful dining and shopping area. We Provide Bikes, beach towels, boogie Boards, umbrella's etc. The guest house is a separate structure and fenced privately, with private access and parking. You wil love it ;-)
