Newly renovated townhouse, in Torre del Lago, 1 km from the sea and 2 km from Lake Massaciuccoli. Consisting of a kitchen and living room (with sofa bed) on the ground floor, a double bedroom, a bathroom, a small bedroom (with bunk bed) and a balcony on the first floor. Outdoor laundry room with bathroom. 3 bikes (2 adults 1 child) and a barbecue are available free of charge. Indoor parking for motorcycles. Garden on three sides. Studio furnished with care and attention to detail. Interior architect by (Sirio Ottone). Comfortable environment and perfect for a couple! French sofa bed ( cm140 x 190 ) We are three km from the sea with a beautiful beach, both free and equipped, and 1 km from the lake, its Theatre and the house museum of the maestro Giacomo Puccini. Its splendid Belvedere that laps the waters of the lake with its ducks and herons among the reeds, where the gaze reaches Villa Ginori in Massarosa.

It consists of 2 bedrooms, a double and two sun loungers, a kitchen equipped with all the comforts, an open space living room, a shower and a garden,used as a dining and relaxation area, or a study and work. Air conditioning and free parking. Located 5 minutes by car from the Puccini theater and the waterfront ,and 10 minutes from Viareggio.

The house is in a quiet area, on a private road. Parking is 10 meters from the house. We provide guests with: Beach towels, linens and kitchenware, towels, sheets, pillowcases and certified mite-proof pillow covers. Toilet paper, soaps. There is a small safe and washing machine on site. We also provide free use of 1 women's bicycle and 1 mountain bike. Air conditioning, internet, Wi-Fi included. TV in the living room and bedrooms. 2 bedroom house in the center of Torre del Lago Puccini 1.5 km from the sea and close to all amenities. Two bicycles available free of charge for guests, as well as Two Umbrellas to enjoy the free beach. A pedestrian gate leads to a flowered courtyard. In this common area we find the bicycle parking and the washing machine. From the driveway you access a staircase of 18 steps that leads to the first floor where the apartment is located which is all on one floor.

The property is located on top of a very panoramic hill, near the medieval village of Sillico where is located also a very good restaurant. Perfect accommodation for romantic couples, families with children with their dogs. Perfect place to relax but also suitable for guests who like active holiday with many exiting trekking, canyoning, mtb and horse riding excursions. Nice panoramic pool and view on the entire valley.
