Cosy semi-detached villa in a quiet area, close to the sea, the train station and all amenities. On the ground floor, the living room with sofa, equipped kitchen, a full bathroom and a garden with patio to enjoy pleasant lunches and dinners outdoors. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower You can reach the entrance to the house by car and park for free in the immediate vicinity. 3 bicycles are available for guests.

Vanni's House

This home is a beautiful 18th century barn conversion, and one of the few stand alone properties in the village. It is located at the top of the village, where guests can avail of parking just a two-minute walk from the house. The views and scenery are stunning from the windows and spacious private garden. This house provides the opportunity for privacy and a wonderful holiday stay in this distinctive Tuscan village.

There is a place a few steps away from the famous Versilia (Tuscany) called Borgo Metato Toscana. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. La Cipressa is part of this place.

Equipped with every comfort, the property can accommodate up to four guests.

The farmhouse has comfortable outdoor spaces where you can eat and relax in front of a breathtaking view. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and each bedroom has a private bathroom. We charge an additional cost of 30€ per day for utilities to be paid at check in.
