Located in the sunny medieval village of Cervoles (1,200 m), it is ideal for hiking, mountain biking, yoga, meditation, swimming in mountain lakes and birdwatching. A perfect retreat to disconnect and enjoy nature all year round.

1 km from Luchon, in the heart of the small pastoral village of Montauban-de-Luchon, 76 m2 renovated "mountain spirit" all-wood barn, with 35 m2 living room open to the century-old chestnut tree and the Superbagnères mountains. Can Comella està integrada en el teixit urbà del poble de Gavarra, un poble que a mitjans del S XX es va vincular al municipi de Coll de Nargó. Fins a principis del segle passat la casa estava habitada. Tot i les seves reduïdes dimensions, els elements constructius que conformen l'estructura d'aquest edifici són els originals, circumstància que converteix Can Comella en un exemple valuòs de l'arquitectura tradicional de la zona.
