Apartment on 2 levels with excellent finishes, large terrace overlooking the domes of the churches in the surroundings including the Cathedral of Lecce. Devoid of any noise, it allows peace and relaxation at all hours of the day. Completely independent. Three bathrooms, one with a closed shower, one with an open shower. The third bathroom, on the terrace, can be used in the summer. If you want to use the second bedroom even if there are only 2 of you, you will have to pay a surcharge of €30 per day.

On the first floor, there is a large double bedroom with a bathroom equipped with a shower and washing machine. Additional amenities: Wi-Fi and air conditioners.

About 2 km from the sea and the town of Sant'Isidoro, the apartment is surrounded by Mediterranean scrub and is located in a quiet and strategic position for reaching the best-known tourist destinations on the Ionian side of Salento. The apartment is located on the second floor of a semi-detached villa inhabited on the ground floor by Rossella and Riccardo. Parking spaces are guarded inside the fenced villa. A car is strongly recommended for getting around. There is no public transportation.

Da qui lo spettacolo della natura e dei suoi colori è assicurato a ogni ora del giorno e della sera. La casa si compone di due stanze da letto più servizi al piano terra e di un' ampia cucina e zona giorno con servizi al piano superiore . Dieci passi vi separano dall'acqua del mare.

Our beautiful historical terrace house was built in 17th century, is located in the middle of historical centre of Gallipoli, near the Basilica di Sant'Agata and was completely renovated with great care in 2018 with the idea of creating a very comfortable, quiet and relaxing place. Great restaurants, chic bars, beautiful Purita beach and shops are all 2 minutes by walk from the front door. Large car parking is about 200 m from our house.
