Comfortable beachfront apartment with 180 degree sea view from rooftop terrace and free parking right outside the front door. Aircondition, satellite TV and wifi. The apartment is one of two units in our house in the beach area of Otranto, about 50 meters from the water. Historic center on foot in just 10 minutes. Please note that there is an additional city tax to be payd on arrival, currently 1 euro per person (over 12) per night, in july and august 1,50 euro per person per night.

We are in an elegant building built a few meters from the sea. The residential complex has several apartments, some of which can be used simultaneously to accommodate more people if required. We are a few kilometers away from the most renowned beaches of Salento and a few kilometers from the most famous historical centers of Salento. Salento is rich in traditions, good food and beautiful beaches of fine white sand. The structure is functional and elegant.
