It is on the ground floor (although access to the building has 9 steps), and shares garden and pool with the other two apartments, Bonelli and Adalberti. It is a cozy space with a beautiful living room-kitchen that has all the comforts, it has a sofa bed for one person, Smart TV 50 inches, electric fireplace and a design that takes care of every detail. It has a nice terrace ideal for a morning coffee or even a dinner under the stars with spectacular views of the village and the creek. Apartment equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine…, and all amenities at your fingertips. The room is spacious and bright and has a great “King Size” bed. In addition, you can enjoy a bathroom with a large double shower, where you can relax without waiting for turns.
