Proximity to everything Borlänge/Falun/Dalarna has to offer, with slalom in Romme Alpin in the winter, the nature paradise Gyllbergen winter/summer and Falu Mine, etc. PLEASE NOTE: Bed linens and towels are included, but you will have to make the beds and remove the linens before departure. The house has all possible amenities: Large terrace in both south-facing and towards the evening sun. Open fireplace, sauna, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 toilets, shower, 2 TVs, Wi-Fi, etc. All three floors (first and second floor and basement) are furnished for living, which means that several people/families can live comfortably. The house is surrounded by a large lawn as well as a playhouse and barn.

Close to skating, several cross-country skiing facilities and 25-30 minutes from Romme Alpin, a very good slalom facility. Central and close to everything! 500 meters to swimming area/ice rink in winter The forest around the house and about 1 km to the city center where there are train connections. Quiet area and good neighbors. There's space for 2 cars in the driveway and one in the carport.

Cottage in genuine Dalaby. Close to a nice swimming lake with a sandy beach (3 km) and 20 km to the popular Romme Alpin. With sufficient snow, there are cross-country ski trails around the area. You will also find good shopping in Kupolen Borlänge just 18 km away. Firewood for the fireplace is on site. During spring, summer and autumn, the deep Solvarbo ravine is 100 meters from the house, which provides a nice nature experience. In Säter there is also a golf course in beautiful nature by Lake Ljustern.
