This vacation home is located only 75 meters from the sea/beach. The house is about 70 m2, and contains 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, toilet/shower and a glazed terrace of about 18 m2 in the east-facing position (morning sun) + a terrace in the west-facing position with evening sun. The house is about a 30-minute drive to Kalmar, and about 45 minutes to Karlskrona. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed Final cleaning is not included. Modern-style cottage with ocean view

The cottage is located right next to the Baltic Sea, outside Bergkvara, located in the middle between Kalmar and Karlskrona, with about 40 kilometers to each city (about 25 minutes by car). The cottage was completed in 2022 and is 45 sqm + loft. The cottage has all the amenities you could imagine with sea views from all rooms. Bed linens & towels can be rented for €15/SEK 150 per set. 150 meters from the cottage is also a swimming area with a sandy beach, swimming jetties and a raft, as well as fantastic hiking trails both north and south.

Cozy cottage incl. charger for electric car, peacefully located by the sea with outstanding views of Öland and Kalmarsund. Kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine with dryer, fridge/freezer and new floors in kitchen and living room from 2021. The cottage has one bedroom with a double bed from Hästens and one bedroom with a single bed from Dux. Furthermore, there is a bunk bed with three beds. Loft with two single beds, as well as a Dux sofa and TV. The cabin has a stove, dishwasher, shower and mobile broadband that works 95 percent of the time.

Here you can enjoy the tranquility on the balcony and watch the sun set over the water, or have a morning coffee on the front patio with morning sun. Private jetty with swimming ladder. Quiet area close to nature. In the area, there is a swimming area with barbecue area, outdoor gym, playground, boule court and hiking trail. You share the garden & jetty with the host family (2 adults, 2 children). Cleaning is not included. Bed linens and towels can be rented at an additional cost.

Now you have the opportunity to enjoy our lovely paradise, which is located in the middle between two award-winning summer cities, namely between Kalmar and Karlskrona. The small house is located about 30 minutes by car from both cities. As you probably understand, there are plenty of different excursion destinations. If you extend your trip to Kalmar, you will also reach pleasant Öland.

Take a boat trip to Garpen's lighthouse or join the seal hunt that is arranged in the summer. By car, you can make day trips to Öland, Kalmar or Karlskrona with its picturesque archipelago. If the weather is worse, a trip to the glass kingdom in Småland is perfect.

Cozy summer cottage with fantastic location on Sweden's sunniest coast! Here you get a nice sea view as the cottage is located on a hill with only 50 meters down to the sea. The cottage is older but with a new, fresh kitchen. A stone's throw away, there is a small swimming area where you are usually alone to swim. If you are a smaller group, you can paddle out with the canoe and swim at one of the islands. In the area, there are many nice walking paths.
